When you don’t have enough counter space or don’t want the clutter this is a great option. Comes in different sizes as well. Easy to roll up so it’s not the in the way.

This item is nicely made with a silicon coating in a nice beige color that blends with my granite counter. I have placed it over 1/2 of my double sink. It provides extra space for drying dishes or washing fruits and vegetables. It rolls up, so if you just want a part of the sink covered and part left open, you can just double over a part of this. I leave it on the sink all the time because I find it so handy. It cleans up with just a wipe.

This has been a great find and addition to my kitchen/Dishes drying rack. I have an excellent countertop drying rack from Simplehuman and it can hold a lot of dishes to dry! However when i have pots and pans, this roll-up over-the-sink drying rack has been sturdy and convenient for space saving drying.
I love this thing! Versatile, great if you want to wash a bunch of produce as well to just place on top of — overall I am not sure this item is for everyone but for my kitchen, with pretty big sink, but lacking a dishwasher its a wonderful supplement to my drying rack as well as other uses. sometimes i even place my soapy dishes on it before my rinse step (sometimes i let my large sink catch a lot of dishes that pile up — that’s life, but this item is a sure win.) Very Useful and rolls away nicely under the sink when not in use, stands on its side and does not take a lot of space.

We have a pedestal sink and we use this to have an extra surface without worrying about water. We have been using it since 2016 and this will be our second one just to have as a back up.

Love the way it rolls up so you can expand it to whatever space you need for drying dishes or pots and pans. Easy to dry and roll up and store away. It’s silicone coated steel rods protect your countertop and can withstand hot pans from the stove. It’s so great, I plan to order another one for a friend.

I got this to visually block off half the sink so my partner would stop putting dirty dishes in the wrong side, and it works great for that. Reminds him not to do the thing, folds easily out of the way when I need to rinse stuff, all good.
I wasn’t anticipating how much I would use this thing for other applications, though! It is so handy to dry weird-shaped dishes on, and to set produce I’m washing on so water doesn’t get all over the cutting board. And it’s so sturdy I can rest the huge saucepan that doesn’t actually fit in my sink on it while I’m scrubbing it out.
If you’re thinking “oh I’d like one of those, but will I actually get THAT much use out of it?” just add it to your cart. You will.

I have a double sink I keep this folded in half and it works for me perfectly. Dishes dry and nothing sitting on counter win win

This is a “must have” for those, like us, with wider sinks (24 inches wide and wider). We love larger sinks because we are big into prep work and clean up. These silicone mats bring back what the wider sinks take away–counter space. They are SO much more than drying racks. I’ve posted two photos showing how useful they are for food washing acting as a kind of colander. Easy to wash down and prep produce as small as small tomatoes. Pick up either side of the mat and you have something to help put them in a bowl. Your cutting board fits on top without slipping and prep remains are easily pushed into the compost bowl in the sink. Sure, it acts as a drying rack, but supports all kinds of bowls, pots, pans, etc. while you work with them as well. Finally, (if there is such a thing with these–I’m still discovering new uses) the silicone encased stainless steel rods make for a nice trivet when you need a larger one. I ordered one to see how useful it was and ordered another 2 days after receiving the first.

I ordered the grey silicone coated roll-up draining rack, but I have received a Stainless Steel version. The packaging says “Surpahs roll-up dish..” as I was wondering whether amazon had sent me the wrong one. Now in two minds whether I can be bothered to return it as I especially wanted a silicone coated version.
