Nice qualityEasy to install. I needed to buy separate, sturdy chain from the hardware store because we installed in a high, vaulted ceiling. The holes that hold the pot rack are 16” on center. Our joists/trusses are 24” on center. So, the chain V’s out slightly, but it looks fine. Very sturdy!

Nice sturdy piece. Scratch prone from shipping.Very nice and good looking piece, came a little scratched up from the installed bolts but we still love it.

PrettyHard to assemble. Limited instructions and the metal pieces are not perfectly fitted. I have one good side and one crooked side. The copper scratches easy and in assembling it’s easy to scratch. It is very strong when assembled holds all our pots no problem. The copper is high gloss finished and is very pretty

No chain, scratched up, heavy dutyOverall, it’s great, but it arrived with some significant scratches on the finish. It was only on 2 areas fairly small, but still a few inches long and enough to see, but other than that, it’s sturdy, and well built. Does not come with a chain if you need it to hang down longer than hook length.

First was extremely damaged, second was reasonableThis product came with many nicks and dings. The ceiling hooks were a little rusty. Already not great number, but I could have managed until I found this gem pictured. I’m sorry, but how does a company fail this hard at basic QA? This is more than a little scratch; this is like a milling machine just went to town on the side of this thing.I really like the look of this pot rack, so I decided to give them another shot, so I ordered a replacement (probably against by better judgement). We’ll see if I end up having to return both.UPDATE: I got the replacement. While the second still has knicks and dings, it was in better shape than the first, and the dings are not really noticable when the rack is hung. I like the look of this pot rack and it’s a total game changer for kitchen organization. If the rack was in better condition when it arrived, I would give this easily a 5 star review, however the clear lack of QA is a problem and I can only give 3 stars. If you’re thinking about getting one, I recommend going with a different finish.

The listed weight is way offThe listed weight is 6lbs…. it is actually 36lbs. This caused an issue because we bought an anchor support system that held 75lbs. Our pots and pans weight started at 45lbs resulting in our support system being over 10lbs over the safe operating limit. We then had to remove our existing 75lbs system to a 100lbs resulting in us eating the additional $35 because you can’t return clearly used parts and expect a refund, we luckily we were able to replace the lifting mechanism since that was actually never used until the point of hanging the rack. . What happened to the days when companies told you the truth of their product? It is a nice rack system and yes, we did have problems making the grates fit properly but that was minor to having to change and entire support system. In end we only lost out on $35 for our install but the hassle of having to wait another week and uninstalling previous work did disappoint us greatly.

My wife love itthis rack is beautiful and very sturdy. it looks awesome and is pretty easy for one person to assemble but you will need a second pair of hands to install, its kinda heavy.

It’s good, but not greatThe parts could fit together better. A few tweaks in the design could help. When installing, have it on a flat, even surface. Do not use the hooks that hang below the rim. Keep all the bolts loose until you have it complete. Then, making sure it stays completely flat, tighten all the bolts. Otherwise, it is too easy for it to end up uneven. It’s a heavy duty piece, so make sure you have enough support to hold it.
