Wilton Recipe Right 12-Inch Pizza Pans, 2-Piece Set, Steel

I’m normally not a big fan of non-stick cookware, but for pizza it’s helpful and these pans are holding up well for me. They are not quite as good at crisping the crust as my aluminum pans, but they do a pretty good job if I put them on the bottom shelf and they are *much* easier to clean. Most days they just need to be sponged off lightly and dried. I don’t put them in the dishwasher or use a heavy scrubber on them, but I’ve cooked dozens of pizzas in them and they are still smooth and rarely stick. The few times they have stuck it has clearly been my fault with sauce leaking through the crust where I made it too thin or tore it. Get a thinner (or aluminum) pan if you want a *really* crisp crust, but these are excellent for all but the crispiest.

These are actually ok. The only reason for not all 5 starts is I wish they were a bit heavier in construction. The good part is they don’t warp when heated up. One drawback is that they tend to stain fairly easy so be sure to wash off that pizza grease and sauce “right away” or you’ll no longer have shinney pans. Overall ok for the price and recommended.

Durablility

Si sabes utilizar adecuadamente tu horno para hacer pizza, estas charolas funcionan de maravilla. No se queda pegado nada, la cocción es pareja y tienen un buen tamaño (ocho rebanadas pequeñas o cuatro enormes). Las puedes usar para hornear otro tipo de comida, por ejemplo, yo las he usado para hacer galletas. Es MUY IMPORANTE MENCIONAR LAS MEDIDAS, ya que yo las compré creyendo que medían de una forma y terminaron siendo más grandes, aunque no afectó su uso:
-el diámetro interno es de 30 cm;
-el diámetro externo es de 33 cm;
-tomando en cuenta las dos asas que tiene, mide 36.5 cm de diámetro.
No se me han deformado con la temperatura, pero como recomendación en general, a este tipo de utensilios hay que dejarlo enfriar antes de lavarlo, ya que si hay un cambio rápido de temperatura corres el riesgo de que se deforme. En fin, las recomiendo!

I cook everything in the oven on these. From pizzas to french fries to garlic bread to biscuits. Not too thick, not too thin pan. Easy to clean. Each one lasts several months in the way that I use them: frequently. Worth every penny.
