Easy to use and very effectiveUsed this with a Zojirushi stainless steel carafe yesterday that hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in years (gross, I know). I’d previously used the blue liquid cleaner from Urnex a while back that was made for commercial coffee maker carafes, but I seem to have misplaced that bottle in our recent move. Saw that this powder was more eco friendly and gave it a shot. The instructions said to put a 1/2 tsp into the brewing basket directly for 64 oz of water. I was super skeptical about how that tiny amount could possibly clean it but gave it a shot. After letting it brew and sit for about 45 min (forgot about it), came back to a sparkling clean carafe! Afterwards I rinsed the carafe and basket thoroughly. I was pretty amazed and it was definitely far easier to use than the blue liquid cleaner (and way cheaper too). Will be using this regularly from now on.

Works for Coffee Roasters, Too!I have been very successful in using this cleaning solution mixed in a food-safe 5 gallon bucket to clean coffee oils and buildup on stainless steel coffee roaster panels and other processing equipment.Of course, this also works well for coffee brewers, containers, mugs, and accessories that have coffee oil buildup on them. Soak following the instructions and it just wipes/rinses away. A little powder goes a long way so this container is a great value.

Wow!I’ve always cleaned my personal coffee maker with vinegar- decided to try this out for the first time. Wow. I’m impressed at the amount of gunk that came out. I am not the best at coffee maker maintenance but I do manage to clean it at least seasonally… Will likely keep using this over vinegar from now on. I’m excited to make coffee tomorrow morning!

BUY THIS. It is worth it. But also buy the descalerI should have taken before and after photos. I was so impressed. My machine was no necessarily super dirty- but seeing the water come out and how it is now? Wow. It really is like new. No harsh smells. You see all this floating stuff in the hoper and after the final rinse with this…. GONE. I love it. It does foam- which is hard to dissolve the powder. That is my only complaint. It is the perfect pair with the descaler.

This stuff works like magic!I bought this on a friends recommendation and only wish I had known about this product sooner. I have been using a power drill and stainless steel brush to get tea residue off my stainless steel mug. Scrubbing was impossible and this was the only thing I could figure out previously. But this product cleans all the residue off overnight and the cup looks like new. Definitely some kind of chemical magic but not polluting or toxic.

Clean GeneMoccamaster USA recommends this product to clean their coffee makers. A little pricey, but so is the coffee maker. Enough in the box for 3 uses at a suggested 100 pot intervals. They say it can be timed with a new box of filters which are typically 100 ct. We buy them bulk of 400 so that hint doesn’t work for us. I chose to set up a digital calendar event for day 1 every 3 months. Which was easier to schedule.Update:So I have used it twice (3 pk). A standard full pot brew cycle with the stuff. Stuff foams up so be careful with the mixing step. And then a plain water cycle to flush. I did two figuring why not? Who knows if it does anything for my MoccaMaster? The Full Circle folks are convinced it does, the coffee machine mfg as well. It was their recommendation. Faith eh? But what I can see, it does a killer job cleaning the thermal carafe. I run the cleaning cycle and leave the hot full pot to steep for an hour. After two cycles of plain water, the inside of the carafe looks like new. With no additional carafe cleaner to buy. Win Win eh?

Cleans all the muck out!Yes! Finally a cleanser that really cleans the coffee maker. I was using one in Norway that I loved, but couldn’t find anything remotely close until I saw this was recommended by Moccamaster (it took me 5 years of searching and failing). And the satisfying feeling of a sparkling clean coffee maker and amazing tasting coffee is back! I’m going to keep using this one. It’s much more expensive than the Norwegian brand I’m used to, but so is coffee. So I guess that’s how it is in USA. But other than that I recommend this product 100%!Photo is from the first cycle through, look at all that! And that was after running through another cleanser first, which did nothing, as you can see.
