So short –
Looks like one piece. It’s two. Good enough for my infrequent use

This is a great product. It is clean, sturdy, and looks really nice. Does not make a mess like my other plastic one I would use before. Inexpensive and works!

I was having trouble getting 18g of coffee into the JoePresso cup with the screen/tamper stock device included with the attachment. This tamper fits perfectly down to the little ring that keeps the bottom screen in place. With this tamper I can easily get 18 grams into a perfect puck in the JoePresso.
The tamper is solid metal. The edges are machined very well. It has a mirror polish over the entire device. It’s heavy in the hand which is very tactilely pleasing. Coffee grounds do not stick to the surface. Absolute joy to use.

It’s a nice tamper, with it being heavy and easy to clean, also, it fits nicely in my portafilter. I haven’t had the peeling off problem, so I guess it’s not something that’ll happen to everybody

Very good quality. Heavy item at 206 grams. Good chrome with polished base. Compacts coffee nicely which produces a better crema on my delonghi portafilter.
Fits delonghi nicely.

It wasn’t proper coffee without this and I now understand how great tool this is.

If you aren’t getting crema out of your espresso then you definitely need a proper tamper. This is a proper tamper.
