Just receive my new hot water boiler and I’ve own one the past for 8 years! So I really love this brand and bought my second one!

Like the part of having instant hot water at the right temperature for making teas, given it is not empty. Don’t like the default mode cannot be remembered, for example I have RO filters and there is really no need to boil. So each time after refilling, I have to push the button to do the “quick temp”. Would be much better if the default mode is quick temp for the US market.

It’s very convenient piece of equipment because there will always be hot water available for you at the temperature you set to be at but there is a catch. Rust will form. Not the type where the piece of material comes off type rust but more like powder will form on the surface. You won’t see it unless you drain the water and wipe it with a wet paper towel. When I did, I saw brown stuff coming off of it…

When I was researching a buy it for life electric tea kettle after my 1st one only made it 4 year, I was shocked at the price of this hot water container. Still the reviews were all outstanding, and the company was well know for making the best rice cookers and standing behind their products.
I have literally used this every day since I had it. Apparently I go through about 3L of hot water a day. Tea, and oatmeal have been my main uses. It is very easy to use and just sits on the counter top waiting to dispense with the hotness.

I had a 5 liter used in 3 years and it does not working more. So, I have bought a new one – so far so good

I bought this machine about 15 years ago and just this year had to replace it. I figure I might not outlast this new one. It heats quickly and it’s spot on for different brewing temps for different teas. Would not be without it. Hate when I travel and don’t have this sitting on my counter in a hotel or BNB. Often at coffee shops the water is just too hot and burns the tea. Not with this marvelous machine. It’s a must for tea drinkers.

Bought this to replace the same model and size that lasted for 15 years of constant 24/7 use until the plastic screw anchors in the lid became brittle from age. Would not want to live without one of these hot pots as it sure beats having to boil water every time you need some. Perhaps the higher priced steel case model would last longer but for the price difference and my previous experience we would be pleased if this one also lasts 15 years. Love the musical chime letting you know the water has reached 212 degrees.

I have been looking for water boiler/warmer for a while. After few months of searches, I finally decided on Zojirushi due to its brand quality and there was a promotion, though still kinda pricey compared to other brands such as Tiger, Panasonic. This said, I am very happy with the purchase so far. It is very convenient and I can access to hot water without boiling in a kettle every time . Very little assembly required. It is made in Japan and quality seems to be very good.

This is our second Zojirushi water Boiler and Warmer. Our first pot was received as a gift. What a Great gift! We so enjoy having hot water ready to make a cup of tea or hot cocoa anytime within seconds. It is also great to make instant oatmeal in the morning. Unfortunately an electrical power surge caused our first pot to malfunction after 6 years. We immediately ordered a new one! This brand is very well made and reliable. I do recommend using a surge protector if you live in an area prone to power outages.
