一応使ってみましたが、鹿の解体には小回りのきくナイフの方が、やり易いです。ただ、関節を切ったりするのは刃を当てるだけでスッパリいくし、肉のブロックを切り分けたりは楽でした。
もったいないので骨などに打ち付けることはしていないので、強度は未確認ですが、一頭解体しても、切れ味は保てていました。
せっかくシースを作ってみましたが、慣れないうちは台所用ですね。
