Great Mini DebaHonestly, it feels awesome in the hand, its good looking, fit and finish is more than acceptable. But most importantly, it works just fine. The only downside is in the grind, the concave on the back or flat side of a deba should be a bit more pronounced, its too shallow on this one but you can still get a decent “Uraoshi” (Japanese term for the edge on the flat side of a deba knife) “kireha” is the term for the bevel on the other side.I have not given it a heavy use but It really looks like this litlle buddy is going to see a lot of cutting and minor chopping and definitely is going to be a keeper.4 stars well deserved, great value for your money, considering price.

Small but practicalThe product arrived in-time and the quality was good. The small size deba (4″) is good for my daily operation.

Good knifeBlade is very sharp , used it for a week as the main knife , still very sharp. The blade is a little thick for my taste , and do not know if I will be able to sharped it well with different bevels on each side

Beautiful blade on a bare wood handle.This has the classic one sided grind for right handers. Left hand versions are out there. Comes razor sharp. Don’t expect to leave it in a pool of water and have it last long. Wax or oil the handle to help. Be careful of the plastic ferrule.

Es bueno peroEs bueno pero es muy pequeño, dice 27 cm, pero los 27 cm son con todo y caja. En realidad mide 22cm. Tiene buen filo y parece mas utilitario que de pescados, además tiene micro bicel, no es filo tradicional, peeero no deja de tenee buen filo de fabrica.
