My favorite Henkels knife. I already had the same one but a little smaller. I use it so much, I bought another. Arrived fast.

For all those that say it’s sharp it isn’t, not buy a long shot. That being said I put it to a 1000 stone then 3k then 5000 and it’ll slice through a thin receipt and keep its edge. Also I’m a chef so we pretty much need something at least on a 5k stone for a knife like this, 8k would be overkill.

This knife replaces another Classic Santoku 7″ which lost it’s scales from corrosion. I’ll try to repair it – then I’ll have two.

Perfect knife for my cutting needs in the kitchen. The blade is very sharp and it looks wonderful.

Sharpness and ease of handling

I bought this knife to replace my other Henckels Santoku knife that I’ve had for years. My pervious knife was made in China and the blade is badly chipped. I did some research and realized that the better quality knives are made in Spain.
This is my go to knife! Perfect for everyday use. I prefer it over a chef knife!

Been looking for a good quality Santoku for awhile and expecting it will really help me in prep. Following advice from the team Milskstreet and giving this one a go, as first try.

I love this knife. For me, it is a unique knife since I am used to European-style blades.
The blade as mentioned (and complained about for some reason by others) is very very very sharp. I was impressed with the grip, sharpness, and finish of the product. Even months later the edge is still holding and I only ever wash the blade by hand, never in the dishwasher.

Everything was as expected!
