Forget those $200+ knives and just get yourself of few of these. I’m not a professional chef, just the average joe cooking daily for family. I’ve had a few different expensive brands and this Rada blows them all out of the water. Its light weight and so easy to use. Glides through anything effortlessly! Washes off easy and have survived may washed in the dishwasher without any issues. Would highly recommend any Rada stainless steel knife!!

I bought my first Rada knives at a flea market and now I have used Rada knives for years. I won’t use another brand. They stay sharp and the handle is perfect for my grip. I probably lost my last paring knife in the garbage by accident and I used another brand for a time but I couldn’t hold any of them comfortably and I wasted too much of what I was peeling. I ordered the set of three again and was thrilled when they came. I ordered another set of steak knives too. The best knife is the tomato knife and I use it for so many other fruits and vegetables. The silver on the handle will darken with age but that doesn’t bother me and I didn’t even realize this happened until the new ones came and I could see the difference. Not a deal breaker at all for me. I have attached a picture and please keep in mind that the older steak knife on the left is one that I have had for more than 20 years. The new sets came with a small paper that said not to put them in the dishwasher. I never knew that I wasn’t supposed to and I have always done it. It could be what has caused the color change but the performance is still spot on.

I didn’t realize how dull my paring knives were until I got these. They are very sharp so I am cautious when I use them. But they slice so easily and it just makes everything go more quickly. I would definitely not recommend a youngster using them. I like the silver color and I like the weight of them. They wash easily but beware because they are so sharp. I do not put them in the dishwasher and I dry them immediately. I would definitely purchase them again and I would most definitely give them as a gift.

A neighbor told me about the knives & highly recommended them. When I received them I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these knives. They are very sharp & easy to use. The instructions are to wash & dry after each use, which is not a problem for me. I plan to order the tomatoes slicer next.

I have some arthritis in a few knuckles on several fingers so gripping a knife and peeling vegetables can be difficult. These 3 knives fit my hand perfectly, are smooth and very sharp. I can use them easily without much strain on my hand. Because they are so sharp I don’t have to use much pressure to peel which is so much easier on my hand. I will be buying a second set to keep in reserve. They come in a very nice box.

I love these knives. My father, who was a chef, had Rada knives. I never knew the brand name until my sister told me when I saw she had his knives. I bought my own and I love them. The handles discolor if you put them in a dishwasher, but any good cook knows you NEVER put your sharps in the dishwasher because it dulls them.
I also bought the knife sharpener. I love that, too. These knives make it possible to cut vegetables paper thin if you so desire. I do, because I have to sneak veggies into meals or certain family members would never get fiber. These knives make it possible to cut veggies so thin, they practically disappear in soups and other cooked dishes.
I love my Rada knives and I would still love them, even if they were discolored because someone lazy in my house put them in the dishwasher. Please don’t stop making these knives. I might need to buy more for weddings.
