Not a quality knife. Expected more from Henkel.

Bought this to have a duplicate utility knife in my existing set. Not even close to the same quality. Feels like you’re trying to cut with a dull handsaw. Very disappointed. The handle looks the same, but the stainless steel knife is obviously inferior to what my existing JA Henckels one is.

For Henckles, I’m not impressed. These knives seem to on the cheap end of kitchen knives; they’re NOT full tang and too much pressure on the plastic handle will easily crack it.
This was a replacement knife for my girlfriends set.
Frankly, unrelated, one to two knives is all a good home kitchen needs. A great chefs knife goes a long way as long as it’s sharpened well.
If you want good knives, they need not be expensive, just spend the extra money on a full tang blade.

It’s one of those knives you can use everyday and I do. I got it because I have another one that is similar and I use it so much.

I’ve always loved Henkels knives. This one is great for meat, but the blade on this is thick, kind of like a saw. Too thick for dealing with soft vegetables like tomatoes.
