I always use knives of this brand. They are very sharp and light weighted. it takes years before they become dull. I just buy new ones instead of sharpening them.

I shopped around for a long time trying to find some budget knives that could be used for a variety of tasks, and happened upon these guys. For the price, the knives are great.
The knives have a sharp point and a wooden handle, and out of the mailer were extremely sharp. The tip is very pointed as well, which makes you feel like it might snap off. This is because the blade isn’t very thick, and therefore has a fair amount of flex in it. But there isn’t enough flex for this to be a fillet knife, which puts it in a weird spot.
The wood handle also has a strange smell initially, and took quite a few washes to get that out.
I used the for fruit, veggies, and also to carve meat off a chicken and it works great for those purposes. This can also work as a steak knife, and it will slice your meat instead of saw it, but the long blade and pointed tip makes it a bit more awkward to navigate.

excellent knives for an excellent price… before I got these (on an advice of a friend) I never realized how easy it can be to cut veggies, cheese, meat – if I only had a good, sharp knife to do it. Highly recommend and would definitely buy again (for now, this pack of 3 is all I need).

My wife got one of the bigger knives as a gift, and once i used that i wanted more. These are small, light and VERY sharp. You could circumcise a gnat with them. Seriously though, i literally cut myself within 10 minutes of using it.. They are great though for cutting small blocks of cheese, small vegatabls and for cutting up food on your plate

I have barely used the knives because of the stupid stickers on the handles. I took one sticker off and now I just have horrible sticky glue on the handle of that knife. Washing it doesn’t work, scraping at it doesn’t work. The other knives I have left the ugly little stickers on but I haven’t been using them because I’m worried that washing them will cause the stickers to fall off and leave behind the horrible sticky spot that is on the other knife. I imagine that I would be happy with the knives if I wasn’t so annoyed by the stickers.

These are a great value. They come extremely sharp. The label gum can be removed easily with paint thinner, acetone, etc.. Kiwi does do a great job finishing their wooden handles, but applying mineral oil which can be bought at any drug store, will keep the wood in good shape. If you want to get fancy, you can use tung oil, or “Caron and Doucet” natural(coconut) oil, which I use. I love wooden handles on knives, and mine look great. When your knife gets dull, just use a honing steel to re-align the blade. If you learn how to maintain blades, you will never have to buy expensive knives.

I have some quality chef knives, but I need a utility knife while cooking for things that don’t require me to grab a $50-$100 8-inch knife. Slicing fruit, quickly cutting my kids food down. Kiwi knives are great for versatile utility knives in the kitchen. They are not full tang, but they are sharp as can be and last for as long as you take care of them.

Knives so sharp I had to learn to be more careful, cut off my finger tip day 1. Now I know to be more mindful while using knives, best deal on some small sharp knives ever
