Nice knife setI love that these are dishwasher safe. We’d had for years a famous, expensive brand with the wooden handles and how horrible they looked after putting in the dishwasher. I tried washing by hand – but as one gets older and more tired after a big dinner – having to wash those large knives by hand was tiresome. The steak knives were the worst – when having wood handles – so one day I tossed them out – and purchased these and they go into the dishwasher regularly and come out looking like new every time. Love them.

Amazing!I love these knives, they are beautiful and really sharp! The only thing I thought was weird is that the scissors have plastic handles, which isn’t as nice as I thought they would be. They work really well though 🤷♀️ I still love the knife set!!

Very pretty set of knivesThe design is great and very comfortable to hold. The blades are very sharp and seem to work fine for my cutting needs. My only wish is that it had the built in knife sharpener instead of the hand held one. Other than that…great set.

Great quality knives but buyer beware…..read on.Think Cuisinart makes good stuff, so did I, so WTF? I was fooled before by Cuisinart before and found they make an identical set to this one that is not forged and are crappy stamped steel, not full tang, handles made of cheap junk plastic. I did not know that Cuisinart makes crap, I thought all their stuff was high quality. That set went to my furnished rental apartment, I was pissed but got them cheap on Ebay so not that pissed because I learned a lesson. Now I have passed this lesson on to you.THIS set is forged. This set is a VERY GOOD knife set with quality steel and handles. I found the reviews between the sets get mixed up so who knows what set you are looking at. Be sure it says FORGED with FULL TANG BLADES. If you do not know what that is google it, it makes all the difference in any knife you buy or even use.

Great quality and beautifulThe best knife set I’ve ever had. Sharp and great quality. Friends and family are oddly drawn to the set and always have very good comments. Even my Dad’s hoity toity girlfriend is impressed. I just got them because they have great reviews, they look nice and is under $100.

MehWhile I realize that no knives are meant to be dropped… you wouldn’t think that dropping your knife, one time, from counter height wouldn’t result in the entire tip being bent over like a candy cane. Sadly, this happened to me the first time that I used my new set. On the plus side, they seem to hold an edge fairly well and they’re pretty. They’re not top of the line by any stretch of the imagination, but they’re decent considering the price.

Won’t find better for the moneyMy friend’s mom has this set and I knew I wanted my own the second I used hers. The main chef’s knife is heavy, balanced, and comfortable, as are the the Santoku knife and the slicing knife. They come extremely sharp out of the box, and the grind tells me that future whetstone sharpenings will be a breeze. My only complaint about this set is that the shears and the steak knives feel cheap. Wish they would have used the same full tang construction for the steak knives that they used for the rest of the set.The knives that matter are well-made. I’d pay $80 just for the three I mentioned in the first paragraph. Don’t hesitate. Buy this set.

Good quality for the priceI like the look of these knives and I can’t believe how sharp they are. Pretty good for Cuisinart. Missing a good bread knife though. Steak knives a little flimsy but the other knives are solid.
