Great overall utility. Bought my first one at a farmers market and lost it. I was so happy to find a replacement here on Amazon.

Received one as a gift and have bought for several friends and family members since. Some knives just dent ripe tomatoes or soft produce, this one cuts them cleanly and evenly. Quick wipe to clean. Have used mine regularly for 5+ years and it’s still sharp without having had a sharpening. The aluminum handle loses its good looks over time so I recommend the resin handle.

Slicing soft vegetables. Keeps its edge. Love it.

Maybe not life changing, lol, but this little knife will blow your mind with how superbly it slices through tomatoes. Who knew it would ever be a big thing, but when I first used this knife at my brother’s house I couldn’t believe how exceptional it was at slicing through the tomato so easily and so precisely. Sounds silly, but if you like to cook, you have to try this. I bet you’ll order a bunch of them for “stocking stuffers” this Christmas

My serrated edge knives seem to wear out so quickly, or become dull. This one has deeper serrations and so cuts soft foods so easily. I plan to order another to have in reserve.

The knife is very thin… a little hard to hold because it is very very slender.

nothing to dislike

We love the Rada knives and vegetable peeler that we had gotten at various Home Shows. This tomato slicing knife is so great for cutting ripe figs and tomatoes or piercing grapes for dehydrating. It makes clean slices with little effort (not like other knives that mush the soft fruit/vegetables). We now have 2 of these knives – one all silver and this one that has a black handle (so both my husband and I can prep all the fruit on the trees/vines for dehydrating, freezing, jam or sauce). Love this knife!!

It’s very sharp but I thought it would be better if it was a bit heavier.

Best tomato knife I’ve ever used, I’d 100% recommend.
