Best knife I’ve ever used for cutting thin slices of tomatoes or any soft skin fruit! The handle is not slippery and has a good feel to it. The knife is super sharp so be careful when cleaning. Highly recommend!

I am just wrapping up my second tomato season with this knife. I can tell you I have never had such an easy time thin-slicing a tomato. This knife is worth more than they are asking, that’s for sure. I just love how easily it glides through produce. I’ve used it on eggplant as well and those slices were thin and even as well since it glides through skin and doesn’t hang up on it like my other knives.
