Victorinox Fibrox Pro 6-inch Boning Knife with Flexible Blade, Black Import To Shop ×Product customization General Description
- VERSATILE DE-BONING TOOL. Trim or remove meat from the bone with ease. This knife’s pointed tip easily pierces meat while the straight-edge allows for smooth, clean cuts — even through joints and cartilage.

CARE AND USE
Be good to your knives and they’ll be good to you. Following these simple guidelines will ensure that you get the longest life out of your knife!
CLEANING
Victorinox Swiss Army recommends washing all knives by hand. For best results, hand wash your knives with a soapy cloth and dry immediately.
While Fibrox Pro knives are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing as dishwashers are designed to spray water at a relatively high pressure, which can jostle the silverware and cause the knives to collide, dulling the edge.
SHARPENING
For optimum performance, knives should be honed after every couple of uses. Proper and frequent use of a honing steel will keep your knives sharper and performing at their best.
FORMERLY FORSCHNER
In 1937 Victorinox began selling cutlery in America through a Connecticut distributor called R.H. Forschner & Co. A well-known manufacturer of butcher scales, Forschner soon became the exclusive U.S. distributor for Victorinox knives, and was the name by which Victorinox knives were known.

Best boning knife I’ve triedI’ve tested more than a couple boning knives and this one I absolutely love. It’s the knife I use at work to break down chickens and it’s the best one I’ve come across. HIGHLY recommend this knife.

Great boning knifeMild flex in blade just right. Good steel and nice handle. Great for boning on red meat or chicken. Very sharp. Recommend a buy.

Best Boning Knife! The best boning knife I have ever had and I have had a few. Easy to maneuver when cutting your meats. For example, I will buy a 3 lb London Broil and cut it into about 6 pieces of steaks approximately 1/2 pound each which is far cheaper than buying regular steaks, and this knife cuts through the meat with very little effort.Great knife and a great amount of bang for your buck!

Great value / sharp knifeI was really pleasantly surprised at the edge on this little knife.I bought it after seeing a recommendation on America’s Test Kitchen for the more flexible boning knife variant and have since bought a second one I like it so much. One stroke chicken breast slicing. Great knife for a reasonable price.

Unexpectedly impressedAfter struggling for years to properly trim my briskets for the smoker, I was persuaded to buy this knife. The handle feels good in my large hand. The blade flexible enough to maneuver through beef fat pork skin and sinew. I can now release the bone and joint from a raw pork shoulder without it looking like a complete hack job. I am really impressed with this little knife.
