Fantastic kitchen tools.I don’t often give a review on anything I buy, but, my husband got his chance to use these kitchen tools last night, and was absolutely thrilled with them. If you have to lift a large roast or turkey from a roasting pan, these are perfect, love them.

Not worth the price – light-weight, feel cheapNot happy with this product at all.I selected the All-Clad turkey forks because so many reviews mentioned that they were quality, that they were stronger than less expensive turkey forks, etc.Phonus balonus. Yeah, that’s Latin for bull . . . well, anyway, you get my drift.I was expecting something that had some heft to it. These things feel very cheap and are very light-weight. I can’t believe other reviewers say they were able to lift a 20 lb and 25 lb turkey with them. They just came today, so I have not tried them yet, but I’ll be very surprised if they do not bend under the weight of a turkey that large. I’ll probably still use them to lift roasts – but I really cannot believe they will work with a large turkey.They are not one piece – unlike what another reviewer said. The handle is one piece and it is spot-welded to the fork section.To give you an idea of how light-weight these things are, I weighed one of the turkey forks and compared that to my granny fork. (see picture)One of the turkey forks weighs 5.3 oz. My granny fork weighs 2.1 oz. So this very large turkey fork only weighs about two and a half as much as a small granny fork. That should give you some idea of just how cheap these things feel. I anticipate they are going to bend under the weight of a turkey.

This was a gift.After observing my daughter-in-law struggle to get a ham out of the crock pot and a turkey out of the baking pan with utensils that were not big enough and were bending under the strain, I ordered the All-Clad stainless steel turkey forks for her. I am an All-Clad fan and these were just what was needed.
