Pretty good only slight flaw is with the suction attaching to the actual stuffer. With it on counter when you turn handle the whole stuffed wants to spin even though suction is really good.

Stuffer did not come with the extra nozzles as pictured. Only had one nozzle in the box. Good news is that it is the size that I will be using.

Only used itoncemadeten pounds of sausage. So much much better then trying to use the stuffing attachment on the grinder . Easy to use, works well ,does the job guide well. A pleasure to use

Only the cylindrical body is Aluminum. After the first time I used and hand washed this stuffer, I put it in my dishwasher on a normal cycle. Everything minus the body was then covered in what appeared to be liquid graphite. Whatever cheep garbage coating they put in the ends and all other metal pieces came off staining everything that touched it. I hand scrubbed the residue off, but I am concerned about what metal/chemicals came off while I was using the product. I now have hundreds of dollars worth of fresh home made sausage that I fear is contaminated with who knows what.
The stuffer does function as advertised. If they had made aluminum or plastic caps and pieces I could give this thing 5 stars. I had no problems with this stuffer aside from its poor craftsmanship that has me shopping for yet another sausage stuffer.
The pictures were taken after I hand scrubbed all the residue off. As you can see in the pic with my finger, it’s still wiping off and there are metal flakes there too.

I used the unit for the first time and I was able to stuff 13lbs of sausages 2 1/2 fill on the canister about 45 min to 1 hour.
Much faster the a kitchen aide grinder/ stuffer unit . The most time consuming was threading the casings on the stuffing tubes othe then it was “ easy peas”

I have a kitchen aid mixer with all the stuffing attachment and it’s very mess so I found this and ordered it comes with all the tubes you need for various size sausage and snack sticks
