A very useful kitchen toolI have had a meat tenderizer most of my life. The ones I had lost its luster in the dishwasher. Finally, my last one broke so I ordered this one. It is by far the best one I have ever had. It’s ergonomically perfect for your hand, it is well made and dishwasher proof. Pound away with this meat tenderizer. Highly recommend!

Very sturdyJust used it earlier this week for chicken breasts for a dish. I am vegetarian but my husband said the chicken was very very tender better than other times without it. So that speaks for itself it’s very sturdy and heavy enough that you can really tenderize the meat. I just wish it was made in the USA not China

Fits the bill…Nice heft makes it easy to tenderize tougher cuts and it is wonderful for making chicken breasts sandwiches.

Love itThe one piece construction sold me on this. Nowhere for raw meat particles to hide, and no chance for the head to fly off while wacking your meat (I have had 2 other meat hammers fly apart while using.)I was worried it wouldn’t be heavy enough but they really nailed the weight. It’s enough, but not too much. This is the first hammer that gave me perfectly thin chicken to make chicken eggplant Parmesan. The chicken looked like how it comes at the restaurant.Beware, you may never buy Italian chicken from a restaurant ever again after you see how little meat it takes to make a filet. It’s only about .25 pounds in each filet, 50 cents worth of chicken. Great kitchen tool. If you like flakey chicken meat, like Mexican style you will love this.

Outstanding Meat TenderizerMy girlfriend and I have been doing quite a bit of meal prepping lately and have noticed that we prefer to slice our chicken breast in half and reduce its size. The problem before buying this tenderizer was the process by which that reduction happened. Nothing that we used seemed to work well or efficiently so we broke down and bought this tenderizer. Have to say, absolutely worth it in every field.-Fits nicely in the hand.-Lightweight yet also sturdy.-Powerful and impactful on each swing.-Great bang for your buck when looking at value and quality of the product.Overall this is a superb meat tenderizer and absolutely one you should consider picking up if you are in the market for a tenderizer.5 Tenderized Stars out of 5!

Great Ice BreakerI bought this when the wooden kitchen mallet broke when I was misusing it to break up bagged ice. Our fridge died and for a few days the kitchen was full of ice chests that require refilling especially in 100 degrees plus weather.Good luck trying to by a new fridge in todays culture.Anyway, this tool was a problem solver. I can break all the ice I choose without it showing the slightest sign of strain. I like that.

Another Kitchenaide toolWife needed a new meat/kitchen hammer. We got this one to match all of the other kitchenaide tools and kitchen gadgets she already has.It seems to hammer and tenderize just fine.Kind of lightweight considering it’s a hammer..

Mini MjolnirI feel like I’m weilding a mini version of Mjolnir (Thor’s hammer) when I’m using this. It has a good grip to it, and it comfortable when using. The parts that are used to tenderize meat are pretty wide. I’ve previously had other meat tenderizers, and this one seems to cover a larger surface area when your’e tenderizing.

The meat mallet fits great in the hand and is perfectly weighted to get the job done! This replaced an old mallet that when using I would hit my knuckles. This meat tenderizer mallet is well designed. It fits great in the hand and is perfectly weighted to get the job done. No more knuckle busting, love the new mallet!!
