I cut a big tough london broil into a bunch of 6 oz pieces and have them for lunches. McCormick tenderizer and pound on both sides. Pepper like crazy. Rest 30 mins. Fry 1-2 mins once each side. Pink and excellent. Way cheaper than hamburger and better for you.

Great Tenderiser from OXO, no need for much force, the product is reasonably weighty and easy to handle. Good non slip handle and using the dimpled side or smooth side produces great results. Flattens butterfly chicken breasts down really easily, tenderises steaks superbly. Don’t know why I waited so long to get.
