DisappointingWanted to make pasta shapes, however the cutter didn’t really work well. Clean up was time consuming.

Three StarsWorks well, but the angle makes it tough to keep pasta separate.

Terrible Design for a Pasta ExtruderThis is the worst extruder attachment I have even seen. First off, you can look at this attachment and know it’s a bad idea. It ejects the noodles horizontally which means they are immediately falling into each other needing separation and causing them to stick together. Every other attachment extruder out there has the ports facing down for this reason. In the video she ATTEMPTS to make fusilli. You can clearly see the noodles are not twisting to make fusilli. Some twist a little. Most twist none at all so you just have a straight triangle sort of thing. If they can’t make it correctly how can you expect it get it working? The cutter is thick plastic rather than a wire like most other extruders. And it next to ports so as it collects dough during the process it’s impossible to clean and the bits stuck on there affect the noodles direction and shape coming out. That’s why extruders use a wire on a handle that rotate away. A cleaner cut and out of the way as the next batch of noodles come out. Also, you can easily wipe of any dough while it’s rotated away.
