We have had a pizza stone for many years and have never really been able to use it properly until now! It has made getting our personal pizzas to and from the baking stone a snap. To keep from sticking we use a 50/50 flour and cornmeal mix under the dough while forming and topping. Once you get your flouring and pizza peel wiggling techniques down, it’s pretty easy to use. This makes me want to make pizza more often!

This otherwise fine and as advertised item has a serious defect. I am not sure whether it was my copy, or is a concern will all these items. The hole drilled in the wooden handle was not properly aligned with the hole in the metal part, making it impossible to assemble the unit. I was able to drill a very slight oblong and make it usable for me. But I think many would have to return the unit as unusable.

I mainly bought this for the metal peel to get pizzas out of the oven. I use a pizza steel for when I make pizzas and needed something to retrieve pizzas when they were finished or to rotate them while cooking if needed.
The peel does the job well. One nice thing is that I can rotate the handle in for compact storage. It has been sturdy so far and has gotten many pizzas out of the oven. The one small issue is that the handle gets loose somewhat easily, so I usually have to tighten it a couple times while using it for a pizza night.
The pizza cutter was terrible. It is not sharp at all, I couldn’t cut any of the pizzas I made. I stopped trying to use it and went back to the wheel cutter I have.
Overall happy with the peel, don’t even bother trying to use the cutter.

The wooden handle didn’t quite fit, but a hacksaw and and chisel fixed it right up easily enough

The folding peel is good. Some think the hole is misaligned, but it’s intentionally a bit off so there is a spring tension effect to keep the knob tight during use. Just loosen widely, angle the blade into the handle groove and tighten. The peel is perfect for small tabletop pizza ovens, which is what we have. Now the rocker cutter, well, it’s really not the best and will not hold an edge long if you cut the pizza on a stone or serving tray. I would recommend getting a bamboo cutting board to use it on. It’s just a low-grade, non heat treated, stainless steel and this is why it dulls quickly. Perfectly fine for lakeside pizza dinners at our cabin, especially for price point, but I’ll stick with the commercial cutter I have at home. No regrets with this purchase.

The peel works great. It does seem a little flimsy but that may be due to the peel being able to fold for easy storage. Folding it is super simple and takes no time at all. The pizza cutter on the other hand just is not that great. I much prefer to use my pizza wheel. It is smaller and cuts better. So it is an A for the peel, Which is the main reason to get this. And it is a C for the pizza cutter.
