I’ve owned a wooden pizza peel for awhile but decided to purchase this one because I wanted one that was easier to store. During prime day, I decided to take the plunge and purchase this. Not only did I like the concept of the removable handle but I love supporting small businesses. The only draw back is my doing…I just couldn’t figure out how to get the pizza dough off it onto the stone. I put corn meal on it but just didn’t work. Like anything else there is a learning curve. Would definitely buy again.

The handle is very small and more annoyingly, the dough always stick to it, regardless of the amount of flour used.

I like the fact that the handle collapses. Unfortunately during my first use first pizza slid right off on to the deck.
Be careful and be deliberate about handling.
