Two Thumbs Up 👍🏻 👍🏻This brush is a nice length. The handle is comfortable and easy to hold. Extremely easy to clean and get in between flexible bristles.

Saved the dayWe cook out a lot and this allowed my ‘chef’ to swab the meat easily, stood up to heavy use and did a great job. Still feels a little greasy – will soak a bit more with Dawn, but easy to clean

Update to my original review…I have been using a cheap (i.e., $5) can opener that I bought from the local big box store. It is getting rusty and takes a lot of strength to get started. Sometimes, it won’t penetrate the can and will just push down the lid without cutting it…what a pain. Anyway, I have been looking for a replacement and would never have considered buying this opener at the list price of $22…way out of my price range, but at half price, it was worth trying. It has turned out to be a good buy. The cutter is sharp and easily penetrates can lids. The cushioned handles are soft and long enough so that you don’t have to muscle it to penetrate and cut the lid as you crank the handle. Haven’t put it in the dishwasher yet, I’m not sure if it is dishwasher safe. I figure I will hand wash for a while it as long as it doesn’t get too dirty. I haven’t had it long enough to see if it is going to rust. The feature list doesn’t seem to describe this opener. It lists the benefits of nylon heads and parts. With the exception of the plastic crank and soft handles, the cutting blades are steel and the other parts are chrome plated steel. So far, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this can opener.UPDATE, March 1, 2013:As you can see from my original review above, I was very happy with the can opener; HOWEVER, it has broken. Well, the gears between the crank and the cutting edge have spread so that when I clamp down on a can, the crank gear no longer engages the cutting head gear so I can’t turn the cutting head. It is a real shame because it is a nice can opener. I guess the metal is not very high quality or it really is made from some kind of chrome plated nylon that appears to be steel. Anyway, I gave it two stars instead of one because I did get a couple of months of good use out of it. But, it should have lasted at least a year.

Worth the buyI honestly hate hand held can openers but, I needed one ASAP so I got this one. However I actually really like this can opener because it’s not hard to turn and it cuts so smooth.
