This is exactly what I wanted however it arrived damaged. The shipping box was also damaged therefore it was most likely damaged during shipping/delivery and not by the vendor. Not sure I want to bother returning it. But I’m still a bit disappointed it arrived damaged. It is quite heavy so don’t be surprised.

This is a well made, beautiful set. The rim of the bowl has a big chip out of it. I checked the box and all packaging, but the chipped out piece is not there. This means it was wrapped and shipped with a chipped rim. It doesn’t affect its use and I have already used it successfully. If it weren’t so heavy (I bought the large bowl) I would return it. As it works fine I am keeping it.

This thing is awesome. I bought the 4 cup, polished. The weight is perfect, uts beautiful to look at and I anticipate durable enough to use as much as I want and still be able to pass it down. The 4 cup is for anyone who wants to make a nice batch of guacamole or salsa or pepper mash, etc. I bought the bigger so I could do all ingredients at once instead of having to swap stuff. It comes with directions on how to properly season and care for it. Don’t worry, it’s a breeze. Actually a little fun to season. Took about 30 minutes start to finish. If you’ve been wondering if this is the one, it is. If you’re on the fence about what size to get, get the 4 cup. Especially if you entertain or ever make food for more than 1 person. You can get the 2 cup, regret it, and wind up with the 4 anyway. If you only occasionally grind a handful of spices or herbs, the 2 cup is for you.

I received the and it was broken in half. Due to having to pay for the return and the weight it is ending up in teh garbage and I will continue looking.

Gorgeous color. Works great, it’s a quality product. I really like the pad on the bottom that keeps it from scratching the counter.
