good for bone picking.. butI clean around 4 fish per day (Chef at restaurant) and my last bone tweezers had gone missing… it happens. I wanted some bigger ones to easily put a label on to make sure it stayed as mine. These are good tweezers, except for the fact that you have to press quite hard, and sometimes it will cut the bones (of salmon) The contact area isn’t particularly big or grippy and will often slip unless you really dig in (and mar the beautiful fresh salmon)
Amazon Customer –
Cut the spinesMuy buen material, pero cortan las espinas, y No son negras, son plateadas
XzTS-Roostro –
Too well builtWell built, but a bit too stiff to use sometimes. Could be a potential problem in the distant future.
Jeka –
Cuts through bonesSo this is actually and objectively a terrible design. It pinches and cuts bones rather than holding them and pulling them out. I would not trust any reviews over 2 stars on this one. The revlon ones (yep that’s right the cosmetics ones), are much better at the task and do a much better job. I’m struggling to think if there’s any size of fish that these would be good with but coming up with nothing. These would pinch through any bone that you use them on, so if you want to cut bones these may do an ok job.
