Good Guage. I put both temp gauges next to each other in the same freezer. They were not calibrated the same but were within a few degrees. Overall I am pleased

because we live in a very rural area trips to the store are far and few between. especially during winter months we keep a lot of extra food on hand. one freezer is not sufficient for our needs so we have two. i only had the one digital thermometer and needed another for the second freezer.
instead of going with a digital this time i decided to just go with this type. both thermometers arrived in good shape with no quality control defects whatsoever. i placed one in each of our freezers. the following day i compared the one with the existing digital thermometer and the readings for both matched up as hoped for.
it’s been a couple months now and so far so good. not a problem or issue with accuracy to date. for what these cost and how well they work i am very happy with this purchase.

During a vacation trip, our lettuce froze and was limp and slimy. So, after taking the test for a Food Handlers Permit for my work, I started checking hotel room refrigerator temperatures. They should be 34 to 36 degrees F. But I discovered that they range from well below freezing to over 50 degrees. At either extreme, your food can be ruined. Now I can adjust the temperature or ask to use other refrigeration. We always travel with a pair of thermometers now in case we lose one.

I purchased these to check up on the digital thermometer programmer on our new (now, two years old) French door refrigerator freezer. I placed one in the freezer, (it is lying down) and one in the fridge (it is standing up). Everything is spot on.

I received the thermometers, unpacked, put one in the freezer and one in refrigerator. When I received the thermos they both read within 2 degrees of each other. They sit well in refrigerator and are easily read. I would re-order these very satisfied..
