This thermometer clips securely to the milk container and stays put. I use it while steaming the milk and it works just as it should. A good value.

Installed it on my delonghi espresso machine and it works well. Coupled with a dimmer I can now control pressure and opened up much more control for a budget machine. Accuracy seems to be good.

It seems accurate, though like many of these thermometers, once you use them just a few times, the glass gets covered in vapor (inside the glass) so it is not easy to read the temperature. I was looking for a digital thermometer and couldn’t find one when I bought this one. I should have looked harder for a digital thermometer.

Easy to read, use, wash. It’s a handy thermometer for my lattes.

Works and is accurate. The clip likes to bend easily. Condensation under the glass almost immediately from hand washing… but it dissipated because it doesn’t have a good seal. Not a great “feature” for a thermometer costing almost $20.

Using for my at home coffee station. Works great for my needs.

bought this to measure milk temperature for making yogurt. The readings are accurate and the stem is the perfect length for heating liquids in a double boiler

Works quite well. Only feature I want to see is a rubber guard over the pitcher clip. I have a nice powder coated pitcher and this left a small scratch on it.

The needle sort of vibrates easily and can sometimes make it difficult to read other than that it serves its purpose
