The instructions included are almost useless. They don’t tell ou to plug each sensor in until the internal red light goes out or that after you charge the sensor how long the battery will last. Everything in this kit is white! Except the power cord for the main unit, that is BLACK! see photo. Un real their is emphasis on line of sight with your home router which is why it is mounted on our wall. The wife is not happy and will paint that cord after we return from vacation. No where in the instructions does it address the network port on the main unit which I still have no idea what it is for? This is a wireless system. It also does not tell you if when you un plug the sensor from the probe that goes in you freezer is everything still going to work after it is recharged. It also does not tell you, you may not want to stick your sensor to the freezer if you need to take it to your computer to charge it. It is a nice system once you figure everything out. For the life of me i don’t get the instructions. Who ever wrote them should be fired.

We have purchased a couple different thermometers, most were either terribly inaccurate or died within days of use. MOCREO’s thermometers allow us to monitor the enclosed patio where our pups stay when we go out as well as our chest freezer. It was a bit challenging to get them set up, better instructions would maybe help those not as adept at WiFi products and the linking process.overall we are pleased with our purchase and will likely purchase a couple more links for other temperature controlled appliances.

I like the ability to set up alerts for when the temperature gets too high or too low and that the unit consistently reports the information reliably. I have the alert set to generate when the temperature exceeds the threshold of 25 Degrees for 50 minutes in the freezer. I thought something was wrong with the freezer in my garage and when I put this in in place I and collected a few days of data, I had proof that I was right. When the appliance tech showed up, I was able to show him how the temperature was climbing too high and staying there for a while then dropping back to normal. Without that information I would have had to pay for a service call where the tech would not have spent much effort in trying to identify what the problem was.
I like the app. that runs on my iPhone. it is very intuitive for me to use. I can check on the status of freezer even when I am not at home. The app generated alerts come over both Email and Text Messages.
What I did not like:
I had difficulty getting the base station to work on my wireless network. I have about 30 smart home devices in my house that use the same wifi frequency band and I think this was the cause of the problems. I put the base station next to my router and I connected the base station to a wired connection from the router and it has worked well, with no interruptions.

I LOVED THIS PRODUCT. THIS WAS GREAT FOR MONITORING MY FREEZER TEMPS REMOTELY. WITH THE PRICE OF MEAT THESE DAYS, I DON`T WANT TO HAVE TO REPLACE ALL OF IT OR ANY OF IT. I HAVE 3 DEEP FREEZERS AND THEY ARE ALL VERY IMPORTANT TO MY WIFE AND MYSELF. THIS PRODUCT WORKS GREAT FOR THE PEACE OF MIND WE NEEDED. THE REMOTE APP YOU CAN DOWN LOAD TO YOUR PHONE, ANDROID, OR I-PHONE, YOU CAN CHECK THE TEMPS WHENEVER YOU FEEL LIKE IT. YOU CAN SETUP FOR THE PRODUCT TO ALARM YOU WHEN THE TEMPS ARE OUT OF THE RANGE YOU WANT. YOU CAN SETUP EVERYTHING VERY EASY, I AM 69YRS OLD, AND THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS OUT OF THE WORLD. THEY WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU ANY WAY YOU NEED. THIS IS THE BEST PRODUCT I COULD FIND, AT THE MOST REASONABLY PRICED. I DON`T THING YOU CAN BUY A BETTER PRODUCT.
SOFTWARE EASY TO DOWNLOAD, EASY TO SETUP, EASY TO USE. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT, WHAT ELSE COULD YOU ASK FOR ? GIVE THIS PRODUCT A TRY, I DID.

I got these to monitor the temperatures in my freezers after a family incident during vacation resulted in the spoiling of a significant amount of food. The temperature readings are accurate. The phone app could not be easier to use. Setup was a breeze. The range of the receiver for these sensors is impressive and covers my whole house. Great piece of mind being able to ensure I’m not having a failure that could end up costing hundreds and require a long clean up process. Highly recommend.

First of all it does a great job and easy to set up and use. Accuracy is excellent. I have a regular freezer thermometer in the same freezer and it matches the average temperature reported by the Mocreo.
My last freezer died and things started defrosting before I went to garage and heard the soft beeping of tge old freezers alarm. The replacement freezer is frost free freezer. I set the alarm on the Mocreo at 15F and it went off at 11pm the first night. The temperature was rapidly rising to a peak of 38F. That sent us into a panic. Just as quickly it started dropping back to its original temp of 1.3F. Total time of cycle was about 15 minutes. Turns out to keep the coils defrosted frost free freezers like mine cycle at least 3 times per day by heating the coils to remove any ice build up. This is built in to the freezer and you can’t stop it or in most cases alter the cycles. Mine will occasionally go into this cycle if it detects frost build up on the coils. The temperature rise on these is far less and shorter duration than the normal cycle. When you look at the apps temperature graph the spikes caused by the defrost cycle are easily identifiable. To prevent alarms 3 or more times per day I had to raise the high alarm temp to 42 degrees. I wish they had a software toggle in the app for freezers like mine to address the frost free cycles. My refrigerators freezer is also frost free but its spikes are far smaller but more frequent (goes to 10F many times per day with same characteristic spike). That freezer is full the 21 cu ft freezer in tge garage is about 1/2 full right now.
Another minor hint. The reset hole on the transmitter is very small make sure you position it so you can easily get at it if you need too. Once stuck on the freezer with the adhesive button its very difficult to remove it to push the reset.
Overall an excellent product I recommend it as long as you understand the auto defrost issues.
