Small have to walk across the room to see the temperature wish I had gotten the bigger ones

Measured the temperature with my Flir gun, and compared it. Very, very close. Way better than the Rutland. They can vary from unit to unit, but mine is accurate within reason, and am pleased. For the price, you can’t argue.

I bought then to monitor my wood stove for when I can engage the catalytic flue. The four thermometers register the same temperature. This is a good sign. But I have no accurate way to verify their accuracy other than a pot of boiling water and that’s not hot enough to verify what I need.
They are light weight. The handle is of limited use when hot. The magnets are weak but do hold in place.

This thermometer is so lightweight that I was skeptical about it once I received it; it feels like a toy. However, it was already showing the room temperature right out of the box, although I thought at the moment that it was just a coincidence. It was not. Every time it’s been a full day of not using the fireplace the thermometer stands at room temperature, the same our central heating device is showing, which I suppose it’s the temperature of the fireplace surface as well. Once we start using the fireplace it slowly starts showing the change. Once our fire starts to die, the thermometer shows it. I included pictures of different stages of our fire and the changes in the thermometer.
It attaches well to the fireplace, firmly but not exceedingly strong. At a good price, I just hope it lasts.
Highly recommended.

It’s very easy to use. I magnet it to my cast iron dutch oven and works. I think the temperature is accurate, although when I used another thermometer at the same time, the temp is different by 60 degrees. I don’t know which one is the accurate one

This helps us not overheat fireplace. I do not know how to measure accuracy. Nothing has burned up yet! Glad to have it to know when it is really hot!

I bought this Weewooday manufactured wood stove thermometer after first trying a new US manufactured Rutland Burn indicator.
Out of the box the Weewooday correctly read close to room temperature, unlike the domestically produced burn indicator which read over 150 degrees.
I checked the Weewooday thermometer against a handheld infrared thermometer and for all intended purposes it was within 20 degrees. The domestically produced thermometer was off by nearly 200 degrees.
As recommended by my stove manufacturer I keep this thermometer on the stove top so I can monitor the inside temperature. Once up to temperature you can’t even see emissions coming out of the chimney. It burns THAT clean.
I highly recommend this thermometer. Buy it with no reservations.

The only issue I have with this product is that there were no instructions for us i.e. where on the stovepipe the item should be placed.
