Zassenhaus was founded over 150 years ago. In 1887, we made our first coffee mills, almost 120 years ago we developed our pepper mills. We now offer a variety of high-quality kitchen accessories.

Great color with retro lookIt’s a great color that fits perfectly with my kitchen. The magnetic back makes it possible to put on the side of my fridge, I just leave it there and it works fine.

Perfect simple timerI appreciate that this timer doesn’t require batteries! It sticks to my vintage white stove with a strong magnet and looks like it belongs. The numbers are a bit small but they are arranged as you’d expect so it’s easy to figure out. The ring could be louder and longer, but doesn’t give me a scare when it goes away off as my now melted plastic model did. So overall it works for my needs. Sometimes I just don’t want to take my phone out to set a timer. This is perfect.

Cute. Not loudCute retro look. The color matches my kitchen accessories. It gives a very short buzzy kind of ring. Not the loud ding of the timer I recall from my childhood. But if you’re in the kitchen paying attention, it’s good enough. I mean I have a timer on my smart phone and my stove, so this is just a backup anyway.

Wish it rang for more than a few seconds.Love the look of it – so cute! Easy to use but when the time is up and it rings, it only lasts a couple of seconds. I wish it rang longer. I notice if I set the timer for 5 minutes or less, it doesn’t ring when the time is up.

Cute but buzzer issuesWhen timing under 15min the buzzer is practically impossible to hear. But when setting it above the 15 min mark the buzzer is as loud as you’d expect for a no battery twist timer. The magnet works well. It’s super cute! Just wish the buzzer worked on under 15 min times.

Good timer but hard to turn dialI bought this item to assist in cooking. It has a magnet which I put on my Viking stainless microwave. The magnate on the back of the timer is not strong enough to enable using one hand to rotate the timer. I ended up using Velcro to keep the timer from falling off the microwave. It still requires two hands to set it – one hand to hold it so it doesn’t fall off and one hand to set the tightly wound timer.

It works greatI love this. If you turn it all the way to 55 then back to the amt of time you want it works great. It’s heavy but just right. The magnet works great. I needed a timer for my stove and this magnets right to it. Very easy to use. Comes in many colors and yes it make a little ticking sound after the bell just like the old ones did. Simple yet elegant. A bit pricy but I wanted one. I probably would buy more if the price was half. LOVE LOVE Thank you.

Works perfectlyEasy to use, just wind all the way back and then go to the number you actually want. Bell is a little loud which is nice for being able to hear when you are not in the kitchen but it does scare my toddlers sometimes when they are too close to it. It goes off with about a minute left and rings for about 20 seconds so it gives you plenty of time to finish what you’re doing and get to your oven.
