I bought the set because my pressure cooker was not cooking as well as it used to, so I changed the gasket and it still wasn’t working as I wanted so I bought valve set and it was easy to install and now it’s working the way it used to cook when I first got it, I know peeps will say why don’t you just buy a new one, But others know how it is when you have something that you have been using for a long time and you are accustomed to it, it has that special flavor 😝, but you don’t want to throw it away, great buy for the price and ease of changing it.

Our Fagor multi cookers pressure release was made of plastic and broke. As you probably already know that Fagor is no longer in business so ordering the part to replace it was possible. I found this on Amazon and so even though it isn’t a perfect match it installed nicely and works great. The only thing is there is noise and steam coming out of it unlike the original part. Like the old-style pressure cookers. Not as loud and scarey like the old ones.

I have an older Innova stainless steel pressure cooker, but lost the jigger. It’s an 8mm, I think, and never could find one. This setup work pretty well, just had to drill out the lid a bit, and was able to use my original basket.
