Bought this specifically to “deep fry” some halibut. The temperature holds amazingly well! You don’t need too much oil to be able to “deep” fry in and clean up is a breeze! You’ve got to be careful not to drip down the sides and onto the handles, because that is a pain to access, but for the most part, it is a perfect pan!

The coating on my old one started to peel and didn’t want to use it. Bought this one yesterday, arrived today and I have 8 large chicken thighs frying right now. Love the space and deepness. Have a small one that’s good for some things but missed my larger one a lot. Happy to have found this one. It’s deep enough I think I’ll cook my spaghetti in it maybe tomorrow. Happy cook!

I often travel with an electric skillet because I like my own food… I’m not a huge fan of eating out all the time, even on vacation. My old electric skillet was not non-stick and the temperature was not even.
This skillet is a game-changer. I haven’t traveled with it yet, but I use it daily in my own kitchen… I use it to scramble eggs, cook turkey bacon, turkey burgers, toast bread, make grilled cheese sandwiches… I’ve even made a one pot pasta dish and used it to boil my noodles. I can’t wait to make a meal with this on the go; so much fun!
It is very east to clean… I use Dawn Power Spray and wash it really well before rinsing and wiping dry. It has not peeled either because I don’t use metal utensils while cooking with it. I use heat-resistant silicone spatulas…
Oh and it heats up super quick… Between this and my air-fryer, my son has a hot breakfast of sausage and eggs within 5 minutes – no lie!

I love this product! I have cooked the best pork chops ever and things I normally don’t cook because of the messy grease, but this has changed everything! Even love that I can keep food warm without heating up the oven!

I never dealt with “copper ceramic” coating; nor a frying pan that was a little thin.
But after using it, I realized how great the coating was AND that the thinness of the pan allows for quick heat-up.
BTW: The cord is supposed to be short for safety so any excess doesn’t get caught or looped.

I basically live in a truck 320+ days a year. This thing is worth the money you are spending on it. I can cook anything I want in it and have. Except a turkey. It bounces around the highways, doesn’t brake, turns on when I need it and the 3″ sides are the best for cooking a decent “chicken, rice and veg” dinner.(Keeps me thinner at 50).
If you’re looking for a griddle, this one is going to work for you.
4 out of 5. Nothing is perfect and I’m not a paid respondent. I actually own and use it.

I bought this for our cabin that is pretty rustic, no stove, this was easy to use and store. Non stick and easy to clean, no running water in our cabin.

I had high hopes for this product when first bought. I read all the reviews, and thought it was worth a try, as my previous griddle was no longer working the way it should. When it arrived I noticed near the top of the rim, on the inside, there was a bit of bubbling. Like there was a bit of dust, or wetness, even they sprayed on the coating of nonstick surface. I figured that I would still give it a try, as it may not affect how it performs.
The first time I used this, I was over the moon! I made grilled chicken, and purposely did not use cooking spray. Nothing stuck to the surface of the griddle at all.
After about 14 days of use, as I use it almost every time I cook, I noticed the nonstick coating pulling away from the metal where it was bubbled up. Since it was on the inside, near the rim, I continued to use it. Yesterday, though, my significant other was checking to see if his steak was where he liked it, and upon lifting the steak from the griddle, noticed the long score marks from where the knife made contact with the surface. He didn’t bear down hard at all, so he says, but it was enough to scratch the griddle.
This is a great griddle, nothing sticks to it, it cooks evenly, and quickly, and if you use the lid when making grilled chicken, steak, the lid on it really helps keep in that moisture, flavor, and helps it to cook a bit quickly and evenly.
The only cons I have is where they didn’t take care to make sure that the surface was completely clean and dry before spraying the nonstick coating on it.
I may reorder, and see if I have better luck with the next one. It just cooks better than any griddle I’ve ever had not to give it another chance. If the next griddle is the same, I will update this review to let you know.

I love it! I can be in the living room with my family while cooking instead of away from them all! The pan is easy to clean, even grease with the nonstick surface, but the outer frame and handles are a bit awkward to wash if they get dirty. I was hoping the pan could be separated from its base so you can clean both. It also isn’t dishwasher safe because of this.
We have open flame gas burners on our stove, making temperature harder to control and predict, but this product makes it so much easier when you need a specific temperature, like with evenly frying chicken and making it crispy without burning it!
The cord is a bit ridiculously short, like they figured you would just have it cooking on a counter, but that is easily remedied with an extension cord.
The lid is sturdy with a really nice handle, unlike most pan lids I’ve used, and a great sealing impact over the entire pan.
The entire thing is honestly pretty light and compact without sacrificing size somehow. I cook a meal for three and always have leftovers without even filling the pan entirely!
All in all, I wish it was slightly easier to clean all of it, but it is 5 stars for me nonetheless!

Our old electric fry pan was having issues with temperature, so decided it was time to look for a new one. I had never heard of this brand. There were very positive reviews so decided to order it. Great temperature, very easy to clean and I like the extra depth. I highly recommend it.
