Sturdy and Easy to HandleThis knife is very useful for large carving jobs, such as a turkey or a standing rib roast. The blade is easy to remove and clean. While the blade is dishwasher safe, I always prefer to wash sharp knives by hand. The knife comes in a very nice plastic case; however, it is hard to open, so I don’t close it completely. It also comes with a carving fork which is flimsy and I choose not to use, but it is there if needed. Overall, I am very pleased with this knife and consider it to be of good value.

Extra safety feature makes it harder to useI love the knife and it did great carving our Christmas turkey. However, it has an extra safety feature where you have hold the on button while cooking. I had trouble doing that.

Nice electric knife, good qualityI’ve been using a 25+ year old cheapo electric knife for years. It’s flimsy and starting to wear out. So I found this one, a decent price. I like that the blades are thicker & more sturdy than my old one. It’s also nice that it has a case to store it in. The meat fork that came with may not be the most sturdy ever, but I love the size. It has a shorter handle with longer tines, which is easier to use than the ones with the really long handles. So that’s a nice bonus feature. This seems to be a nice solid knife, the controls are easy to use, and it’s simple to insert and remove the blades. I’ve only used it to make sure it works so far, with cheese that was handy, but it works great. I’ll use this primarily for home made bread I make often, and occasional hams, turkeys, roasts, etc. So far I’m very pleased with the quality of this electric knife.

This knife will cut marginallyAfter searching for an electric knife to replace my electric Cuisinart which lasted 7 yrs. I purchased this knife. The bulky grip handle is very cumbersome and requires a huge learning curve. The blades are not very sharp and forces the user to basically “saw” whatever is being cut. This includes meats, veggies, and fruit.

Works good as a Bread Knife alsoI made a mistake when I bought this as its a carving knife. I wanted to buy a bread knife and instead by my own carelessness I bought a carving knife. However it works just fine as a bread knife so I am happy with it. It is a little bit bigger than I thought it was from the picture but I can live with it.I find all of my electric bread knives only last about a year and then the motor goes. Maybe this one will last longer.

Works like a charmEasy to assemble and easy to use. Knife is quite sharp. I love that it tucks away nicely in the case. Used it mostly for bread which is perfect but also on a roast. Overall, very pleased.
