High quality and powerfulThis processor comes really well packaged and even though it doesn’t mention it in the listing, it does come with a case to hold the accessories so don’t buy the case separately like I almost did. It runs very smoothly and isn’t too loud. It feels like it has a lot of power and will be able to do anything I need it to. I also like that it has little rubber feet (almost suction cup-like) that keep it from moving around the counter when it’s running. The two levels of the blade really make a huge difference in chopping and mixing things evenly and quickly. I was hesitant to go with Ninja rather than one of the more known food-processor brands (that’s I’ve previously owned) but am very happy that I did. For the price I just don’t think you can beat it.

Great customer service! This arrived June 27. September 18th I found 2 cracks on the shoot. September 19th, I contacted Ninja and had a great experience once I was past the punch this number, say what you want, etc. messages. The tech person was very helpful and told me to return it and they would have a new one out in 3-5 days. I told him all I needed was the lid but he insisted I needed to return everything in exchange for a new machine. Turns out it’s a new model and they want the first one back so they can figure out why the problem happens and correct it. While we were still on the phone, he sent me emails with a return label, the order for the new machine, and the return order. At 9:47 p.m. I received an e-mail that the new machine had shipped by FedEx. I was expecting a request for photos/video, possibly some stalling and this is what I received. Can’t beat it!I’m really enjoying this machine. I use it for chopping nuts, onions, and garlic, and slicing/shredding vegetables. Mixed up a batch of blueberry muffins in it but prefer a mixer for that. Everything comes out beautifully. Best part is how easy it is to clean; just put in some water, a bit of dish detergent, pulse away, and rinse. Yes, it’s big and I have to store the bottom one place and the bowl another but that’s small inconvenience for what it does for me.Update: The replacement came this morning, less than 48 hours after calling Customer Service. I notice one difference in the base of the new machine over the first one: the feet on this new one stick to the counter much firmer than those on the first one. I’ll be building some biceps from removing it for storage.

I use daily just about!I can mix brownies up in it! I make my smoothies in it too! I can cut veges up in large chunks or medium chunks or fine dice for a large amount. Love it for broccoli salad with small pieces that are easy with my Ninja! My biggest problem is keeping it clean and dry for my next use! I pulse, or purée and even has a grater! I tried it for sauerkraut but I like bigger chunks of cabbage!

Do yourselves a favor and buy this if you need a quality food processor. Originally I was trying to be cheap and bought a $15.99 food processor. Needless to say I had to immediately request a refund and searched for one that cost more money. I read the reviews for this Ninja food processor and bought it even though I didn’t want to spend $100. Trust me, being cheap when you want quality is not doing you any favors lol.Anyway I was able to easily assemble this and test it right away. I bought this because I like making everything homemade, especially sauces. In the video you’ll see me blending ingredients to make a Lebanese garlic sauce called Toum. 30 cloves of garlic, 3/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice and about 2 cups of vegetable or canola oil. I used olive oil because that’s all I had but it’s recommended to use vegetable, canola or grape seed oil.As you can see in the video the garlic is being roughly puréed. And the picture attached is the end result which is a fluffy creamy garlic sauce as seen in the picture. This food processor is amazing and does exactly what I needed it to do.I’m also excited it has an attachment to make doughs like pizza dough, biscuits, cookies, cakes etc. plus no more store bought cole slaw mix. I’ll make my own now.Overall I love this so far and do recommend it. It’s only been one day but I feel I’ve made a great purchase. If anything changes I will update my review. But for now I’m in love with it!!

Very Satisfied With Its PerformancePrior to this I had an old cuisinart. It was very small and I had it for like 30 years. After wearing it out I researched and purchased the Ninja. Wow I love the capacity, it goes through veggies no problem, and I found it very easy to get used to. I have only had it a couple months but hope it lasts as long as the last one.

Great little food processorWell, wow. I’ve purchased and returned two other food processors because they were either way too difficult to operate or they did not chop/puree/blend as advertised. I nearly canceled my order because I was pretty sure this one would be another dud. But, no, this processor did an amazing job of pureeing frozen ground beef/broccoli/carrots/liver for my dog’s food. Super easy to use. Simple to put together. Safety features are quite good as well. Very, very easy to clean. I can hardly believe it. It is small – only 9 cups – so it’s not for a huge cooking job but it’s perfect for my little family, my dog food, and our occasional guest or two. One thing I am not crazy about is that everything, including the bowl itself, is made of plastic. We’ll see how well it holds up before the plastic breaks. Hopefully it is well made and I won’t have to worry about it. I also have a ninja coffee pot that I just love. It seems Ninja knows what they are doing.

So efficientThe double blades and high volume bowl make quick work of any project. Not at all sorry I purchased this upgrade when my old machine failed. Made my sauce making during the canning season much easier!

I love my Ninja!One- handed after a stroke, I needed a machine like this that I could count on to do heavier work. I’ve chopped all kinds of vegetables, nuts and meats and mixed several different kinds of doughs. It works like a charm. After you are done, pop everything into the dishwasher and it is easily cleaned and ready to go again. Just be careful of the chopping blade and store it carefully to prevent accidents.

Excellent Processor! This is an excellent food processor. SO easy to clean and operate. We brought back some pears from my mother’s house and used this processor to chop them to a medium consistency for pear preserves. I couldn’t have been more happy with the outcome.

Great functional features. This was a replacement of a very old food processor. I used the Ninja on first day it arrived. The blades are great. I did not have a dough blade on the old processor, so this is a great added feature. The recipe book is also an added bonus. I can’t wait to make everything in the book. Easy to use and clean.
