Best thing ever! The surface is amazing. Nothing clings to it making cleanup a breeze.

The best griddleI been using it regularly for 2.5 years and it still works and looks great. It will pay for itself as it will outlast cheaper throw away models that need constant repurchasing.

Best griddle ever!!!!By far this griddle has the best heat distribution! I’ve had several griddles over the years and I would rarely use them because they were hard to clean. With this one I use it at least twice a week due to the quick clean up

Highly recommendI have only used this griddle for breakfast, such as pancakes, French toast, ham and sausage. But it has resulted in even cooking and is the perfect size. So delighted after fighting with a stovetop with on/off temperatures and pans that don’t distribute heat. I simply enjoy using it!

The search is over! The search is over! When we make scrambled eggs at home, We like to make a few dozen and refrigerate the left overs. Problem is that I have never been able to find an electric griddle that had high enough sides and most of the time, I would spill egg over the sides of the standard griddle. This bad boy is all that and more. Large enough for me to do 24 scrambled, add some ham chunks and sprinkle cheese on them and still enough room on the side to start some sausage links. It is well thought out, easy to clean and the added benefit over a perfectly fitting lid for grilled cheese sandwiches. Now that I have it, I would have spent double the $150.00 I spent on it!

This thing is the T Rex of griddlesThis thing is a beast, you could feed your old griddle to it.It is big, this is a family griddle, it needs it’s own bedroom. If you just need a griddle for just you. Go by a baby griddle, you don’t want this one.So easy to clean, and easy to use, love the raised perimeter.Do you want sissy baby griddle???? Or do you want the chuck norris of griddles?

Poor Heat ControlAt the beginning I was very happy with the griddle, but I hadn’t used it very much. We use it mostly for making nice evenly cooked pancakes. Yesterday we gave it a huge test and it failed. We had our family over for breakfast and had to make a ton of pancakes. I found that the temperature gauge or the element does not recover its heat fast enough. When you start out it heats fine but if you come back and want to make more, the gauge takes many minutes to turn on again and heat the griddle. After minutes, like 5 minutes the light still doesn’t come back on. Then I had to turn the gauge to the max at 400 degrees, which turned the light back on.Before doing this I had thought the griddle was holding the proper temp but it didn’t. I poured more mix on the pan and when I looked to see how they were cooking they were a pail white! I waited and waited for the heat to come back on but it never did, so the dog got those pancakes.Yet, even when I used the max. heat, the pancakes barely browned enough to cook on both sides. It was disappointing that for the very use I purchased this griddle, it failed. If I just want two or three pancakes it works fine but after that the wait takes forever. The heating element also has a flaw. Just in one spot the heat isn’t distributed evenly and is not as hot as the rest of the griddle. When cooking, this area stays cooler and doesn’t cook at the same rate as the rest of the griddle. If you pour out two larger pancakes, one is nice and brown while the other is about 2/3’ds as done. The griddle surface is fantastic. It does not stick and you can even use metal spatulas without coming close to harming the surface. The surface is very easy to clean and looks brand new after each use.Maybe the temp gauge is designed for more safety concerns, but for cooking speed it is inadequate. Zojirushi is one of my favorite manufactures. For the cost of the griddle the temp control just doesn’t keep up with the need.

Cooks nice, no grease drainWe wanted to love this. But it was really annoying to have to lift the whole griddle plate off to drain the grease. Especially when there are multiple things on the griddle
