Great value and customer serviceWell, first of all the price was so low at a little under $14 that I wasn’t sure what to expect at all. Then, I received the item and my “awesome deal” turned into a major disappointment when it turned on for a second and then never worked again. So, frustrated, I contacted the chat bot at Amazon about all this and was further frustrated, except that the NEXT DAY I had a new mixer at my door that worked amazingly well! I have no idea how I got the replacement so quickly but I am pretty impressed. All of this long story to say that it is an incredible value for an excellent mixer, but I can’t guarantee that you won’t get a dud and need a replacement. But if you do, it won’t take long for a new one to arrive 🙂 Blessings and Happy Baking!

Oh Wow!I am so happy with this model! I blew up my very expensive brand new, never-used blender making body butter because my old mixer finally gave out so I had to get a new mixer before I could fill any more orders and I didn’t want to spend any more than I had to and straight out of the box I was happy with it. It looks nice, it feels nice, it’s easy to use, and it comes with all the attachments. It’s a heavier model and I take that as a plus that it’s sturdy and can handle the tough jobs. It went through my shea butter like a champ. A+++++

Amazing low speed! It was such a joy to finally find a hand mixer that truly has a low speed. No more splatters everywhere. You have to read the instructions as to how the beaters are attached but after 1 time you know how to do it. It’s pretty lightweight and easy to clean. Definitely recommend!

Great mixer for the cost! This product is super nice. I bake a lot and use a light weight hand mixer daily. This one is one of the best ones I have tried. Highly recommend.

Low speed! The mixer was exactly as described. It is not heavy duty, but it is perfect for small jobs when you don’t want to bother with the stand mixer….whipping cream, cake mixes, etc. And! It actually has a really slow speed so you don’t throw flour everywhere before it is mixed in.I hope it holds up well — I just used it for the first time.

Very attractive, I like the retro lookI like the mixer, but was a little disappointed that you have to hold down the button to get a higher speed. This is the only mixer I have seen with this feature.

Works great and is a cute design. This thing has way more power than I expected but still offers a low setting that is often essential. The design is almost retro but still modern. It’s lightweight. It can sit without having to set the mixer blades on the countertop…I hate when they don’t do that!

Powerful mixer from a longstanding UK companyI love the retro look of this mixer. It is heavier and larger than I expected, but if you want power, that usually means bigger/heavier. The rubberized handle fits well in the hand. The silver on the front is actually metal and not painted plastic. It comes with a set of beaters, dough hooks and one whisk. The beaters are not interchangeable and must be aligned correctly, but then most mixers have this feature. The buttons are straightforward–eject, power, plus and minus to increase or decrease speed. If you press the plus button while the beaters are already running, you get a turbo boost as long as you hold it. First speed is good for adding ingredients, second speed is pretty darn fast and third is so fast, you may get sucked into another dimension. There really needs to be one or two more speeds between second and third. But it does fly through batter or just about anything else you put in front of it. I’m interested to see how it will do whipping cream. Most hand mixers take forever and I give up and pull out the stand mixer to take over, but this one might make fast work of it. As others mentioned, the buttons are situated poorly and I found myself constantly hitting them when I didn’t want to. Also the cord is incredibly rigid and always seems to be in the way. I might have to hang a coat hanger from one of my overhead cabinets just to keep the cord out of the bowl. The current price of under $15 is an incredibly good deal on a mixer with this much power, so I’m willing to work around its eccentricities.

Finally a slow start speedI have 3 hand mixers in my cabinet looking for one with a slow start speed. They all start fast and sling food everywhere. Finally found a mixer with a slow start but goes to turbo boost. It’s a sturdy mixer and more than worth the price I paid. Finally happy…
