My first Cosori purchase.Decided to try quick and easy for first use of this toaster/convection oven, so I baked some frozen fish sticks for a quick sammich. Not bad, cooked in less than 11 minutes and didn’t turn my house into an inferno! (Oklahoma has been way too hot to use the conventional oven) I have a few more items to make over the next week or so, but it looks like this might possibly be a keeper.Side note, when we opened the box, we noticed the top was dented.

It can fit a frozen pizza just fine! This thing is pretty great, the only reason it’s not a 5 star review is because the heat seems to be a little uneven. I have to rotate any pizza I throw in the thing because the back of the oven doesn’t get as hot as the front does. I don’t really mind, but it is something that deserves to be noted. Not sure if it’s just mine or if they are all like this. I really do like the oven, the presets make it super easy to cook pretty much anything.

Tricky to learn but worth it!I’ve fallen in love with this toaster oven except for a few short comings. Please read carefully!*the rack that goes to this oven is super flimsy. In addition, there are no built in stops for it so it just flies out. Not fun when you have a hot dish or even toast on it! BE VERY CAREFUL.* the baking tray slides in sans the rack so this means it doesn’t have stops either. Again, not fun with hot foods or a hot baking dish on it and it comes flying out. Thank goodness my first lesson was learned with a Fire King casserole lid loaded with Spinach Artichoke dip. Lid didn’t break but I’m still finding dried dip in strange places!* DO NOT bake on the lowest rack as suggested or your food will be charcoal.*this unit does not have an off button! The display will flash for about 20-30 min before it finally shuts off on its own. If you don’t have easy access to pull the plug or, in my case arthritis and carpal tunnel, do not buy this unit. There are days it hurts to even open the bread so unplugging and plugging this unit back in are a pain. I have a GFI because mine is on the counter and near the sink and that adds to the nuisance.ITS NOT ALL BAD!* this baby can cook! I love the induction option.*the pre-heat with auto shut off? Perfection! I can forget I have turned on the oven sometimes. The beeping was a surprise but that auto shut off is awesome.*this is a super sharp looking unit. I have have had so many complements on it.Have fun and remember that there is a learning curve with this unit, especially the baking part!

It’s ok, but two issues:Works well and I’ll keep using but two issues are problematic:1) Once a cycle has completed there’s no reasonable timeout for its lights to turn off. Haven’t timed it yet but my guess is its lights stay on for at least a half hour, and cannot be shut off manually.2) Others have mentioned that it doesn’t transition from pre-cook to cook automatically so one has to wait for pre-heat to complete. That is a pain in the butt but can be resolved by increasing the cook time by a few minutes and killing the pre-heat stage.

COSORI CO125-TOI like this toaster oven. The settings are set up differently than most other TOs so there is a slight learning curve. Two things I don’t like:- the sliding shelf (wire grate) is not stable when pulling out. It isn’t like full size ovens that the wire shelf can go all the way out without dipping down. There is a good chance your dish will slide off the shelf if you are not careful- the pre heat doesn’t work like most ovens. My experience is that if I set something to 350 degrees an alarm will sound when it reaches that temperature. This TO doesn’t work that way. Set the oven at 350 and the alarm will start beeping at ~ 185 degrees and periodically beep as it gets hotter then the TO shuts off when it reaches the set temperature. Took awhile to figure that out.

NO OFF BUTTON???I canʻt figure out how to program this, even though it comes with an instruction booklet! …and I have three degrees. Otherwise love it.

I love this thing!!With me being an older bachelor who does a lot of cooking, I really hate using my big oven to bake, broil, or roast anything. It’s just a huge waste of energy to me. This here is a great little oven to cook for just me, or even me and my girlfriend. I did purchase the Copper Crisper for air frying and it fits, and works, perfect with the oven. Also, purchased a 12″ pizza pan for making and reheating pizza. The convection feature works great at cooking everything perfectly at faster times. It’s quick enough that I barely use my microwave to reheat anything anymore. And it tastes so much better reheating food in this oven over the microwave. This was one of my favorite purchases because of the rotisserie feature. I used to buy the rotisserie chickens from our local grocery stores, but over the years they’ve become smaller and smaller, drier and drier, and keep getting more expensive. This here does a wonderful job of perfectly cooking my own rotisserie chicken. It comes out perfectly cooked, all wonderful and juicy! It will handle a 6 lb. chicken no problem. Make sure you center the chicken well on the spit (the spike that goes through the chicken), invest in some bakers twine and check out some videos on YouTube on how to tie up your chicken for rotisserie baking.I haven’t tried it yet, but I want to rotisserie a beef and pork roast!

LOVEI decided to go with the 25l not the 30l just because i didnt want it to take up more space than it already does and i use my regular oven for large items. I love it so far! Love the options i have for cooking and love the screen settings. You move to the option you want like “bake” push start and it preheats for you. Once its done preheating it beeps and then you put your items in and press start again. Its that simple. I just wish it had a basket to go with it because cosori only has it for the 30l.

This is NOT an air fryerBelieved I was purchasing an air fryer, not the case. It works well, so far, have yet to use the rotisserie which I am definitely looking forward to. We’ll see….
