Nice Air Fryer but needs more instructionsI like the Air fryer but it is very much lacking on instructions on practical use .. It assumes you already know how to use one and all the tools that come with it. I’m brand new to using an Air Fryer. I would like to know more how to use it. there were no recopies. no instructions oh how you use the accessories and what you would use them for. Like when do you use the shelves opposed to the basket. and what goes in the cylinder basket. I found you need to thaw the meat or it takes forever to cook Longer than frying in a pan. To sum it up Needs more instructions on how to USE and how to USE the the accessories. Don’t assume everyone already knows how to use it. I should not have to go to You Tube and many of those are not using this type of Air Fryer.

A great productFor all the reviews calling out the smell of plastic when using, follow the instructions and wash everything before use. And added to that put the shelves and fry basket in the unit and run it for 15 mins to burn off any coatings! On to my review, my only complaint is that the touch screen is cheap and should be replaced with something better which is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars. I love the size, accessories and the versatility of this air fryer over others.

Family Love Air FryingGave it 4 out of 5 stars because the door does not move smoothly. It actually came off and I had to figure out how to get back in the grooves. Not what I was expecting from something that otherwise is easy & sturdy.

Awesomeness!!!!I love this air fryer. I can reheat things like crab Rangoons in it and they stay crispy (just be sure to use the basket) you can cook so many things in it like kabobs, pizza, brisket, turkeys, hams, etc. It’s a must have kitchen appliance

Great machine but tends to collect oil/grease residueHad this about a month now. Have used it french fries and other things. I will say, its a bit harder to clean then my Phillips. I found putting the pans, drip pan, and basket in the dishwasher was not a foregone conclusion. Had to scrub the pans and trays in warm soapy water with a bristle brush to get to most of it. Ultimately is cleaned up but found don’t let it go. Clean it often and if possible no less then a few times after use. It got away from me and I had to go deep with the glass door. Tried several cleaners on the baked on oil/grease and finally sprayed WD40 and then used a razor blade on the glass very carefully. Its now good as new. If you have to use WD40, I used Windex on the glass afterwards to remove any residue.Love it but need to stay on top of cleaning.. Otherwise its great. By the way, it seems this is a common problem with Air fryers and it appears to be tied to what oil you use. Lower flashpoints seem to be more difficult to clean.

(update) 0 out of 5 star! The oven’s screen died when plugged back after days of home away.1. (update)After 19 month of occasional uses, this machine died suddenly. I only used this oven for toasts, breaded fish, or onion rings, for less than 6-12 minutes each time at best 1-2 times a week. The oven’s control screen died after unplugging for our 10-day home away, and, there was no power outage, and it started to show this “inoperable screen”, when we plugged it back. The power is fed but the screen would not remain ON at all. When I open the door, the power is still there and the screen comes on, but it goes off right away within a split second, and, I find the power button never appears any more.I feel like the Chinese OEM is nothing but a shoddy planned obsolescence, after the short warranty period expires.I do not recommend this machine at all. And, they are sold at $99 all over the world. Still junks._________________________________________________________2. (Original review)Title : The door doesn’t close as the left or right hinge are loose. The suggested cooking setting is not accurate.I wanted to buy a new toaster, and, this is just not the same.A normal toaster will do the nice browning at the surface and moist inside and it will be only 1.5 minutes. But, this takes 12 minutes. And, it will turn the toast into a bitter brown biscuits. And, you have to turn it upside down, to brown the other side, otherwise, you will have 2 different sides.Instead, I set the higher temperature manually and flip the bread and I get the conventional toasts, but, air fryer still dry them too much. The key is to keep them undercooked. And, imagine less browned cooked meat, heated items. Then, it will become close to the texture you expect, but, still too drier than the conventional oven or pan cooking. The trays are very easy to clean, surprisingly. And, it is not that noisy. And, the back vent and the side of the front door let the steam escape a lot, for toasts, and raw meats. And, the hinged door is clumsy. And, hard to reach to pick the crumbs, You will need to vacuum the greasy bits each time. But, who would want to vacuum the greasy bits to the vacuum filter? The skewer rods and square containers are quite bulky taking up the space. So, expect to have almost 160% of the air fryer space when you decide to order this in your kitchen. And, you will be expected to clean the crumbs at the door hinge, and wipe the grease or steam water also in the same area each time. The rest of them are quite good or decent, especially for the price. And, so far the spring roll came out best, and the chicken breast are quite okay. But, for the not-so-happy-toaster grilling, initially, I almost returned it, until I started to experiment others to heat up or cook.It will be good for the dorm room kids, at least when I think of it, for their expanded grocery shopping lists rather than picking up ready-to-eat meals each time.

Major issues with steam when cooking potatoesThe media could not be loaded.
I went through two units and they both had the same issue. When cooking fries, tater tots, or any potato product, the steam would rise up from the top of the door and somehow mess with the controls. All of a sudden the timer, light, and temperature would start beeping and changing on it’s own. Very concerning!I did love the amount of accessories that came with this! The rotating skewers were great and easy to use! I really wanted to love this air fryer but because of the potato issue I had to return it and look elsewhere for another air fryer. Check out my video attached that I also send to Amazon to inform them about their product.

Works greatI love how much it lets you cook but cleanup can be tricky the grease pan doesn’t slide strait out it has to be tilted so watch for spilling

A terrible terrible odor that sticks to cooked food! The first one that arrived didn’t have any damage to the box but the entire top half which housed the screen had a crack in it on the side. The coil and all the internal connections were visible. The replacement arrived and let it run the first time for 15 minutes with a potato that I intended to throw away. The plastic-y ODOR that this thing emits is unbelievably repugnant. After about 4 total hours use the odor didn’t go away. It is so bad that I put it outside on my balcony and even in open air you can smell the odor coming out of the vent. THE WORST of all is that THE ODOR STICKS TO THE FOOD. It turns your stomach, and makes you want to throw up. A smell that is a mix between burning rubber and chemical disinfectants. Do not buy this, it is not a good product. I would return it but I’m past the return period. Stupid me thought the odor will just go away.

Better then basket styleTried a basket style one to begin with then thought the shelves would work better. They do! Can cook so much more at one time and it cooks well. Foods get crispy and juicy once. Clean is simple – Just place in dishwasher.
