Great 3-in-1 Griddle + Oven + Coffee Maker for Car Camping or Hotel.I was looking for an Oven + Cooking station to carry in my car trunk when I go camping and sleep in the car.I was hesitating between the Teal Elite Gourmet Americana 2-Slice and the Red Nostalgia BST3RR. Both are small 3-in-1.I’ve bought both to compare them as I felt that there was not enough information on the product pages.First impressions:The Teal Americana is smaller and the coffee maker feels low-end plasticky. The Teal Americana has only one burner top and one bottom, where the Red Americana has two heating elements in the same positions. At first glance, I really liked that the Red Americana’s griddle is the entire size of the oven: any bacon grease splatter will stay on the griddle, while it will land on the teal body on the other one. After using the Teal Americana during a trip, there is no bacon grease spatter due to the glass cover. Both are cute and playful. You want to make something to play with it… very fun toys. The buttons of the Red Nostalgia have a flat portion: one knows where they point to. The Teal Americana has round buttons with a minuscule indentation. I had to paint a white line on them to be able to see where they point. The coffee pot of the Teal Americana looked more secure in a moving car due to its 3 walls, but in the end, it’s the Red Nostalagia carafe which is held stronger by the pressure of the no-drip ball. The oven rack of the Teal Americana is tied to the door and moves slightly with the door is opened. The Red Americana is independent of the door and has two positions (one for Teal Americana).Dimensions / Measurements: Length (similar): 19″ for the Red Nostalgia vs 18.5″ for the Teal Americana.Body depth (Teal Americana is way smaller): 7.3″ for Teal AmericanaBackspace needed (when water tank open): similarHeight: similar.Griddle Volume: Big surprising difference: the big Red Nostalgia’s griddle is very flat and shallow. I was only able to pour 200 milliliter of water before it reached the cover. The cover also did feel very secure to me, feeling very twisted (see picture). The Teal Americana is much smaller in surface, but has a much bigger depth. I was able to pour 550 milliliter before reaching the cover mark. The Teal contains almost 3X more liquid than the Red.Coffee Pot: Similar: the Red Nostalgia is graduated for 3 cups and contains 522ml, while the Teal Americana is graduated for 4 cups and contains 515ml.Power: I plan to use one for Car Camping powered by the inverter from a Portable Power Station like a MaxOak BlueTTi, so I was especially interested in the Watts in operation. I used a Welltop Plug-in Socket Power Meter, Voltage Watt Energy Meter which gives instant+min+max watts used to measure. All numbers rounded to the nearest 5.Coffee Maker Only: Teal Americana: 605W vs Red Nostalgia: 570W = 6% difference = similar.Top Griddle Only: Teal Americana: 490W vs Red Nostalgia: 850W = 75% difference. No surprise here as I expected the two heating elements to burn 2X the power.Bottom Oven + Top Griddle together (no Coffee Maker): Teal Americana: 760W vs Red Nostalgia: 740W = suprisingly similar. Big surprise here. I reran the test multiple times, and indeed, when the four heating elements of the Red Nostalgia are on, I was seeing less power – 740W – than when only the top two were on – 850W -.Bottom Oven Only: Teal Americana: 290W vs Red Nostalgia: 340W = 17% difference. All on: Coffee Maker + Bottom Oven + Top Griddle: Teal Americana: 1300W vs Red Nostalgia: 1250W. Keeping the surprise, the Red Nostalgia uses less power when everything is turned on.The Red Nostalgia reaches its maximum power of 1350W when the bottom oven is off, and the Coffee Maker and the Top Griddle are both on.As I am very limited by my current inverter (600W) and its batteries, I went with the Teal Americana. My Teal Americana fits in the 40 Liter, 22 Inch Duffle Bags for Women, Men, Travel Heavy Duty (Black) from Trail Maker also bought on Amazon.Already used it on a few day trip where we were staying in hotel (no power limitations there) with fridge and no kitchen. It was used everyday and it was so nice to have breakfast in the room (in bed?) and be able to cook / reheat takeout. I recommend hat you get one of those 3-in-1 if you travel by car and camp or hotel.

Get what you pay for.I’m not sure if this was broken, or just the way it’s made, but the 2 “rods” that hold the over rack in place were spring loaded on the right side and completely disconnected on the other side. I had a difficult time trying to get the rack to attach to those rods. Then when I’d open the oven door, only the right side would protrude out. The other side stayed in. Also, the coffee maker took a long time to complete a brew cycle. And it was VERY noisy. The griddle was so cheaply made that it kept buckling as it was heating up! I had to press it back down with a spatula. On a positive note, it DID heat up quickly and it seemed to be a uniform heaet. Also, the coffee was fairly hot. Sadly, I’m sending this back.

Great Novelty Gift!I bought this for my fiance’s birthday, and he absolutely loves it! All his friends that have come over, also love it & want to get one! There’s a few minor flaws, but overall I think it was worth the price. I’ll give the Pros & Cons as we see them.Pros:-Fits perfectly on the counter/saves space-Cute/unique-About 2 cups of coffee- Great for 1 person, or snacks-Heats up quickly-Once figured out, pretty easy to use! (one knob is for heating elements, on/off is for coffee, & dial is for the oven/griddle)Cons:- Cheaply made, the coffee cover lid doesn’t sit perfectly straight (can be seen in photos/amazon pictures), but doesn’t seem to affect function.-Coffee Pot is a bit messy with grounds/coffee if not exact with measurements, but it’s contained within its section.Note: Other reviews mentioned it leaking, and one said the water tube in the back was loose. we just checked that it was tight before we filled it up with water & it’s been fine! (Used multiple times a day.)Overall it is a wonderful kitchen tool, my fiance absolutely loves it, and it’s an attractive counter piece. It could just use some improvements for the future! But a great start!!

The coffee maker works greatThe media could not be loaded.
This is a wonderful coffee maker. The oven makes good toast, but won’t bake a potato. Cooked it for an hour and it was still hard. The top does heat and keeps things warm. Not sure it would fully cook an egg, but keep warm yes. Overall it’s nice for taking in a camper, or for a very tiny space if you mainly drink coffee or need hot water. 🤷♀️

Cute, but cheapI absolutely love the look of this, and fits in my camper perfectly…however, it has flaws. The coffee pot side barely makes the water hot enough. I end up having to microwave it for it to be enjoyable as a hot coffee. I do like the basket feature though. All of the parts are cheap plastic..so I can imagine this won’t last much longer. The toaster side…barely functions when it’s on the “toaster only” setting. To get anything to cook in it you need to have the griddle and the toaster on at the same time. Surprisingly the griddle gets really hot, but not evenly…it burns stuff in the middle if you don’t constantly move things around. The glass top feels like nice quality…but everything else is super cheaply made. Wish it was sturdier and better quality, because it could be a really nice unit.

Needs improvementI tried it out and I am a little disappointed. When I did the toast I burned myself trying to get the toast out. The tray slides so easily off the rack and fell inside the oven towarda the back and almost standing straight up..The coffee pot doesnt exactly make 4 cuos. You put 4 cups of water in but only get 3 cups out..but I live alone so I can kind of deal with that. I would have to say there is a design flaw in the grill and toaster area. Maybe make the try and grill rack a little heavier so it doesnt slide off track so easily.. Someone can get burned badly.. I have diabetes so I have to be extra careful..I got this 3 in 1 becayse my food has tp be portioned and I thought this was perfect..

Basically a good productReally love the color! But .. unfortunately the coffee drip doesn’t drip evenly so coffee was super light each time. We had to manually redistribute grinds and start over again. Also, I hope they reconsider the main knob that turns to toaster oven or stove top, it’s impossible to see – the knob indicator is hardly noticeable. I had to put a flashlight to see it. I really wanted to like it, would have been perfect for our RV.

Great for casual use.Amazing for the size. I got it for my tent trailer to uses when I stay over for work. It’s a nice, compact edition for one person. The coffee pot works well, I would just recommend making several (like, 5) brewed pots before actually drinking it to get rid of the plastic taste. The oven is pretty small, and to make toast I ended up turning on the grill above it also, which got it extra hot. I put tinfoil over the trey to make it easy to clean. Good for my purposes, but if I was going to be cooking a good dinner in it every night I would probably get a separate toaster oven that I could control the temperature, especially if I was going to cook meat. Might work fine for others though. Overall very excited and satisfied.

Cool!If you don’t have time and you want to have a quick breakfast, this is a good choice because you don’t need to use much stuffs or dishes … 3 in 1 so u don’t have to clean much stuffs . For me i love it! Also U can save ur money instead of buying cofee maker and oven or microwave seperatly, u can buy them together. Easy to use and easy to clean .
