All of the fancy featuresThis unit works great and is very easy to use. With digital time and temperature control, consistency is assured. Not only does it have a lot of presets, it also has an option that allows you to store your own settings. I was not aware of this feature when I bought it but sure love this feature. The unit comes with an assortment of accessories that compliment its wide range of use. Shoot, it even came with a broiler pan setup.

Nice Replacement to my 15 yo Basic Toaster OvenI like the accessibility to different functions and the quick time it takes to heat up. What I wish this product had is a baking pan that fit with the air frying basket. It makes it a little sloppy to either use with or without. If you use the baking pan (which I suggest to avoid dripping with the air fry basket) then when you take it out of the oven, you have to be careful not to dump the whole thing at you by grabbing one corner that doesn’t fit into the baking pan.

Very satisfiedI live in the deep south of the US, where it’s almost a sin to light a regular oven in the summer time. As a result, I’ve used toaster ovens for decades. With each replacement, I buy a better one. My last one was a convection model from Oster, I believe, and I almost never used the convection and other features on it. “On” and “Off” did the trick. I replaced it with the Nuwave about a month ago. Wow!! This is so much more than a toaster oven!! I’ve used the air fry feature repeatedly, as well as the toaster, the oven, and the meat probe (once). At this point I’m using it almost every day. I’ve used it with great success for cooking and crisping frozen foods, reheating, baking, full-on roasting, and toasting. I particularly like being able to adjust the power to the upper and lower burners and any point. I recently roasted (using the air fry feature) a thin-sliced sliced potato dish and saw the top browning too soon, so I reduced the top burners down to 20% and kept the lower burners on full blast. Problem solved!! It cooked just the way I wanted it to. I also like how easily it is to target a particular temperature, to change it at will, and to otherwise have so much control over heat delivery and distribution while cooking…. and I can see it!! It’s very easy to see what’s going on in the oven during cooking. It’s also fast. It’s not microwave fast, but if that’s what I need, I have a microwave. I’m very impressed and have started to prepare foods that I might normally avoid because of the required cooking time. One thing I’ve had to get used to is to turn it on with enough time before use to allow it to PREHEAT. So far, all of the features I’ve used, including toast, have a pre-heat cycle which, upon reaching the desired temperature, requires you to hit “start” to activate the feature you’ve selected. I’m not accustomed to having to touch the start command on an oven more than once, and if there’s a way to bypass that feature I haven’t figured it out yet. That said, the last few times I’ve used it I have anticipated the pre-heat cycle with no problem.I’ve found it easy to clean and to keep clean, though I neglected to clean the bottom pan once after something spilled on it. The residue carmelized and fused onto the metal surface of the bottom pan after the next use, and it was very difficult to clean. In an attempt to avoid using a strong solvent, I soaked it for over 24 hours, etc. The stains would not come off. After three days of trying different ways to clean it without chemicals, I gave up and brought out the big guns: EasyOff. It did the trick, but I still had to work pretty hard to get the metal shining like new. I now check the pan after each use, when it’s easy to clean. I really like this oven and want it to last. The quality of the included broiling pan, etc., seems to be superior. I had to buy an accessories kit for the Oster, and I needed to because the cookie sheets and other items I had were meant for a standard oven and they were too big for the Oster. The Nuwave came with a very good broiler pan and pretty much everything I had to buy when I purchased the Oster, reducing the blow of paying the extra $$$ for the Nuwave when compared to other ovens.Highly recommend as long as you’re comfortable reading directions and aren’t intimidated by the somewhat elaborate control features. I like the resulting flexibility, but if you’re a “set it and forget it” type, this oven might not be for you. Otherwise, anticipate it changing the way you cook. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

Love it so farIt has a lot of options which make it complicated. But if you don’t use the options you can also just keep it simple like we do.I looked at all the things you can do with it, and it was mind-boggling. I don’t know when I will ever get around to trying them.Meanwhile we use it a lot for quesadillas and burritos and toast and heating up frozen food. And it works great for all those things and it’s quite simple to use in those ways.

Shipper was awful, but a great product! My oven was a bit beat up by the shipper. NuWave replaced it no questions asked. Best Customer Service EVER! I would suggest watching things at first – get a feel for your oven. It is easy to use if you read the quick sheet and cookbook. Lots of recipes out there too! Best bang for your buck! Biggest interior, but you don’t get rotisserie AND you don’t need it! Cooks a whole chicken beautifully! Watch your food and get a feel for your oven. I adjust my cook times as needed based color and the interior of the food is always perfect!

I love this Nuwave Smart ovenI find the oven easy to use. I have used most functions except dehydrator. I use grill mats for the bottom pull out tray and I lined the bottom of the broiler pan with a grill mat for easy clean up. I do think there is a design flaw. When pulling out the rack with a heavy dish on it the oven rack will not stay in the slot; therefore the rack drops on one side. Hopefully, Nuwave will fix this flaw. I still love this oven.

Works wellWorks well. Temperature control and easy to clean as expected. Once we figured out how to use, works like a charm.

Love itWorks great! You can cook multiple things at once. Haven’t used all modes yet but looking forward to dehydrator. The only thing I don’t care for is to make a piece of toast, I still have to wait for the darn thing to preheat- very annoying. So for toast make sure you have at least 7-10 min to spare 🙄🤦🏻♀️ Otherwise love it!

Awesome but with some undesired high pitch noise to boot!I’m giving it a two because I’m under a personal review time for a couple days. I love almost everything about the Bravo XL except the high pitch noise when it’s not in use. Due to that I’m considering returning it as defective out of the box. I haven’t tested everything else yet due to this being day two of owning it. Hopefully the manufacturer has a solution for the ridiculous noise of the unit when not in use. And unplugging it is the only way to shut it off but what about when you’re wanting to use it multiple times in a day in the kitchen? You have to put up with this ridiculous noise. My wife says she can hear it in her office.Size… perfect for us though it is the largest “small” appliance in our kitchen but we knew with all the functions and the space we wanted for a toaster oven to handle food for a family, we were going to be in for the large size. It’s clearly as big or bigger than a small microwave. We plan to use it a lot or find something similar that we will use a lot. With the handle it’s 18 “ deep, not to mention you need a few (they recommend 5”) more at the rear for heat and fire protection space. The width is 20” and you need at least 5” more (At least on the left side that I can tell because the controls take up 3” on the right side) for that heat space because obviously this oven is not well insulated nor does it have the door seal that is in normal high end models but I have not worried about the front door heat loss at this point. Seems to close nicely. I like the tray catch feature when the door is opened it pulls out the tray three inches automatically, then stops. The height is 11” / 14” with the trays you will often take out and place on top when doing a pizza or toast.Buttons and functions – meh- I’ll get used to them. They are a combination of similar to Insta Pot Ultra buttons. You have to press the in button for every function then the menu button 11 quick times to get to toast. After you start, you can easily use the dial to turn up or down the minutes, etc. hope they last, these buttons.Overall really nice unit if we decide we can put up with the noise. Some have complained it’s not a true crispy air fryer and I guess that may be true but the work around is adding some time by five minutes or so. Probe I won’t use too often and hope I don’t lose it for when I do but will try that sometime. Not a rotisserie unit but they didn’t advertise that it was. You’re only going to have a best space of 5” height for any bird placed inside. Good luck doing anything other than two small Cornish hens. Maybe somebody would disagree. But that’s the toaster oven size and we all agree that a toaster oven is what we were going for here.I will re review if the seller offers a unit that has the high pitched noise fixed. I’ll increase the rating then. Easy to use… not so much with the toast function a long way away for my teens, and the rating would be better if less complicated. But for a smart tech person it’s easy to understand. Value for money, I expect more for the over $130 price range though it does have a ton of functions.
