I work from sun to dusk put on low food is done when I get home saves so much time. And my son has food when he gets home from school and doesn’t have to wait for me. Easy to clean and temperature is just right.

works as advertised – however, this aint your mommas crock – the ceramic crock is well made, heavy and easily cleaned – but the outside cover is very thin, as you can easily dent it with the push of a finger – there is no rubber seal on the lid (if you expect that, spend $20 more). heats quickly tho – overall, i’d recommend it.

Works fine. The dial shows which setting the pot is set on. It would be greatly improved by a power LED to let someone know at a glance that someone had unplugged it to use the outlet for the toaster.

Simple and easy to use! You can make yummy dishes without too many extra setting.

Upon opening and inspecting the inner crock I noticed a small flaw. So I rubbed, what looked like a popped bubble in the glaze finish, with my finger and my finger lifted off with black ink on it. Upon further inspection under brighter light you could clearly see the flaw had been coloured over with some type of black marker. So as quickly as it arrived it was boxes back up and returned, hopefully the replacement is flaw and ink free.

This basic (low/high/keep warm) model makes cooking soups and stews, baked ziti and lasagna, stuffed peppers, party meatballs and dips, baked stuffed apples and mulled cider and even cakes (yes CAKES) easy. And who doesn’t love that.

There are essentially only two schools of autumnal thought that are worth potentially subscribing to: the Pumpkin Spice Collective (obvi) and the Crockpot Conservatory. As a proud veteran leg-warmer wearer, seasoned “It’s fall, y’all!” activist, and a once again newly married three time divorcee, I’m pretty much the Speaker of both Houses. So that’s why my opinion here can confidently be relied on as expert, ICYW.
I said you want one of these. You absolutely do. Why? Because inflation is high! Seriously. If the millions of delectable slow cooker recipes on Pinterest aren’t enough to sell you on a Crockpot, if crock chocolate is just something, you know, you’re really basically neutral on… inflation. This is how we, as a constituency, are going to beat it into submission without relying on big government.
If every household in America had a Crockpot and used it to do the majority of their cooking, the buying power of our grocery dollars would suddenly triple. Our electricity and/or gas bills would be drastically lowered. Our children would stop whining about how they want something else for dinner. We would be MUCH happier about receiving invitations to potluck events. Netflix would option a new home cooking series adapted for the lower/middle class budget. We could be heroes.
Thank you.
