We have used these for several occasions and its been a big hit. The only issue is we loaned it out and a tier was lost. Trying to find a replacement has been challenging. But we used it again this Christmas with the three tiers we have, and it worked and once again was a big hit.

Wasted my money. Loved the colour retro style so bought it. Thought US plug would just need an adapter…. Wrong. It would need a transformer. This should be stressed in description if it available to UK, for niave buyers with more style than sense!

I used this for New Year’s Eve. It worked great at first but after running for over an hour, the chocolate that was so smooth, started to get thick and not run smoothly or evenly. I added a bit of oil to the mixture and it would get smooth again but only for a short time. I purchased melting chocolate made specifically for chocolate fountains. Clean up was messy but that is what to be expected when all the pieces are covered in chocolate. A piece of the plastic broke when assembling as it didn’t fit perfectly. Luckily it didn’t affect the use. I gave 3 stars because it served it’s function but if you plan to use this a lot I would definitely look for a better quality fountain. It will cost a lot more than this one but may work better.

This machine was adorable! The noise was very acceptable, we were scared it’d be loud.
Assembly was very easy. Cleanup was definitely NOT as easy. Make sure you’re not wearing anything nice when cleaning it.
As you can see the chocolate didn’t actually have a nice consistent flow.
We used more than 32oz of chocolate, and even added more oil than instructed. We also had it preheating for at least 5 minutes before adding the chocolate. It could have been the brand of chocolate??? And definitely make sure you have lots of extra chocolate, because you will need to add more as it gets used.
Overall, it was a huge hit, and we’ll definitely use it again.

I bought this for my daughters birthday party and wasn’t sure if it would work correctly. I saw bad reviews on a lot of different ones. So I just swiped down and landed on this one.
I must say for those who are having trouble please read your directions! I didn’t at first and it was only flowing out on one side. There are adjustable feet on the bottom to level it out. Using the right chocolate and vegetable oil is the key to a constant flow on any of these machines. As well as adjusting the feet for an even flow.
This one seemed to heat well and stayed flowing even after I turned off the heat. You MUST melt the chocolate with vegetable oil on the stove first before. Stirring it and looking for the right consistency of the chocolate to flow properly. I left the heat on the fountain for about 30 minutes to make sure it stayed a good flow and turned off the heat for the rest of the party. It never clogged or stopped.
So if yours is not working correctly I would say you are not waiting for the right constancy of your chocolate and your feet on the fountain have not be adjusted correctly.
The kids loved it and it was definitely a hit.

This is a very nice appliance, but unlike some other versions there is no Heat only option to melt the chocolate prior to the auger turning on.

I wanted to use this as a chamoy fountain and followed all instructions but the flow would not work properly. My guest ended up having to use a spoon to scoop up the sauce rather than the fruit sticks. The little knob to turn on the fountain was loose as soon as I went to turn it on for the first time, it came with me in my hand. It would not pop into place. It was easy to assemble and easy to clean. It was also more a mini fountain, very small. I was really hoping it would work properly because I like the look of it but unfortunately I am sending it back. Not worth the money to keep.

I loved it worked for a while but it was pretty chilly outside and chocolate got hard after 25 mins after using it
