There was really no directions or what the settings should be set at. After some trial and error I got it dialed in perfectly. Sadly after just a few days, maybe 20 total minutes of actual run time, the machine shut down and would not power up again. I don’t want to blast the machine and give it a 1 star, because when it did work, it worked great. But only working for a few days just isn’t t worth the money.

The machine works well so far after you figure out the best temp to get the consistent flow of cotton candy. My issue is cleaning the hardened sugar out from the metal device you put the sugar in. You can’t remove the screws by hand-the sugar “glues” them in. Waiting for a reply on tips…will be doing research on my own. Also the design is not great…the cotton candy falls down where all the wires are and you have to wipe every single wire off after each use. If it builds up-it smokes. Mine was missing a cleaning brush so hopefully they will send me one. I’ve sent an e-mail-hopefully they reply

No idea how to use this product. Would b helpful in having directions on explaining the knob numbers and what it means. I’m not sure if it’s heat related or what..

What a complete waste of time. We opened the box and there were no real directions. You just have to play with the knobs and somehow figure out what the numbers on the voltmeter mean. The temperature knob adjusts the numbers on the voltmeter but it skips numbers when you turn it the tiniest amount. So, even if you did figure out what the voltmeter numbers mean when it comes to making cotton candy, you can’t really adjust it easily. When we did get it up and running, there were cotton candy filaments flying through the air everywhere. It got on our arms, our hair, etc. To top it off, it stopped heating after about 5 minutes. We managed to make 2 small cotton candies. My husband changed out the extra part that it came with. (I figure it’s a bad sign when they send spare parts with the product.) I didn’t see why the second part would last any longer than the one it came with originally, and I was right. After about 5 minutes, the machine stopped heating again. It’s a worthless piece of garbage.

Figuring out the right temperature is a guessing game as there are no instructions provided. I have parts that I don’t even know what they are for. I reached out to the company and have still not received any instructions, of course they are located in China which does not help. If I could get the instructions and missing brush to clean it my review might be better. So far it is working well to make cotton candy.

Worked very well, it was a great buy and was able to make quite a few portions before having to turning it off
