Very easy to make blinis and crepes. Very lightweight too. Will carry it on trips. Clean up is a breeze. Point of note.. it has to be really heated well prior to cooking

Aun no he tenido oportunidad de utilizarla, y me mandaron dos palitos para despegar y ninguno para esparcir la mezcla, así que espero me salgan bien 🤭

Great product, even if it’s in the pricy side! Key differentiating feature of this crepe maker from the other online crepe machines (based in my thorough research) is that us has no edge around! Which means no messy batter drip onto the hot base and the ease of quickly cleaning up the griddle surface before you make the next crepe, just like the pro-crepe maker. Two other important features are the funnel-shaped base and two handles on the sides, for ease of lifting it up and winding up the cord underneath the base. Having lived in Europe and Asia, our family loves Fench crepes and Chinese crepes (called Jianbing) and Chinese tortilla, each of which requires a different kind of batter but the same kind of no-edge cooking surface and a spreader. I’ve used it to make all three with great success! Temperature control is good, although a bit slower in sustaining the high heat than what I was looking for but it’s good enough for a beginner so that you can spread it evenly withou letting the batter dry up too quickly. I didn’t use it for US pancakes as I already have a electric griddle just for that purpose already. But I’m sure you can use it for that as well. I highly recommend it if you love International cuisine or love to expand your culinary repertoire.

This pan has an excellent non stick surface, cooks evenly and cleans up in a jiffy. The tools that are included are also simple yet amazing! I watched YouTube videos on how to use the wooden “T” tool and now have super thin, even crepes every time.

This Crepe maker is very easy to use and you can clean up messes very easy. One problem I have is the the button to turn it off and on falls of after a couple months of me using it. Overall the Crepe maker is very good.

I’ve been making crepes for decades now and I’ve gotten to try out a bunch of crepe makers in the process, overall this is one of the worst ones I’ve used. First the positive – it’s easy to clean, doesn’t take up a lot of space, and is nice and lightweight.
Now onto the downsides – The temperature control is stiff enough that you need to hold onto one of the handles on the side to be able to turn it, and even more importantly the top must be very thin – I turned it on and waited a good 10 minutes for it to heat up so it would all be the same temperature, but when you pour the crepe and start cooking it the Crepe has a VERY distinct ring where the heating element is and where it is not. It appears that just the coolness of the crepe batter is enough to lower the temperature of the griddle and only the area with the hearing element heats back up quickly enough. So you end up with a crepe that is barely cooked at the center and outer edge, and a donut area in the middle that it very brown.

Makes lovely little crisp crepes. As Jacques Pépin says, the first one is always for the dog, so don’t be discouraged at the start. Smoothing the batter into a beautiful little circle takes a little practice, but easily achieved. I highly recommend using it under an exhaust fan, as it smokes a lot. Keep the wooden smoother in water between crepes to avoid sticking. Otherwise, YouTube has plenty of helpful tips.
