Very Nice!We use this daily in our cafe where our specialty is grilled sandwiches. It’s pretty easy to clean and it does a good job grilling the sandwiches. The only complaint we have is that you have to push pretty firmly to “lock” the upper platen into an upright position. We often fear for our hands.

Works very well! This sandwich grill works very well. I use it on my food truck for grilled cheese, and I have been very happy with it. My only complaint would be the weight – it is VERY heavy and a bit challenging for one person to move alone.

Panini toaster Finaly something commercial afortable for homeGreat for home or small delicatessen, we have already usu it several times and the sandwiches come just like any restaurant or cafeteria, it will take about 10 to 15 min to reach 280 degrees, remember this is 120v, but after that it’s no difference between the one that cost $ 2000.00 plus or this one. At first my wife thiught I was Creasy for spending this kind of money, now she loves it..

Panini Grill So-SoThis is a flat grill but yet the company always includes a hard-core steel wire brush for “cleaning” which makes no sense. The brush would completely ruin the grill surface if you were to use it. I’ve purchased one before and did this time again because I needed something inexpensive and quickly, but probably will not purchase it again when it comes to replace it. The last one had a real problem with the bottom grill plate completely breaking down as if it had cancer, but to simply purchase a new grill plate was almost as much as purchasing an entire new unit. I wouldn’t recommend this for a high-volume bistro or café, but is ok for light usage. It does not heat through sandwiches very well at all, regardless of grill temperature setting – we’ve found we have to pre-warm sandwich fillings or the center will not heat through. See comment with updated information since original purchase.

Great machine but takes a long time to heat upSo far it’s been a great machine, but it takes at least 20 min to heat up. If this is an issue for you get the 240 volt.
