Good product but…Very good product. I like that it’s a little wider and flatter than some others on the market. Keeps food warm.I took a star off because the top part is very hard to clean. You have to remove the top seal to get under and I had to use a small paint brush to get into the grove of the cover and groves if the seal. And the seal keeps food smells in it even after running through dishwasher.Maybe I should take off two stars for the cover.

Save money on school lunches!I bought each of my kids one of these for school because school lunch prices went sky high. The kids can bring all sorts of hot food to school in these and it’s always warm at lunch! Great way to spice up cold lunches for kids!

Very good qualityThese are great. My daughter uses them at school. They keep the food hot or cold depending on what you put in it. They do not leak and are easy to clean. Highly recommend these. We purchased 2 and would buy more if needed.

Holds a lotI’m a big guy and wasn’t sure this container would hold enough soup. It ended up holding more than I can eat. It’s amazing. The food is literally hot when I eat it a few hours later. It’s perfect. Great travel size for daily NYC commutes .

Lid retains smells, but not heatHeat retention: looses about 25 degrees Fahrenheit for every hour, with the container unmoved at 72F air temperature. Picture of temperature readings at initial boiling water pour and again 5 hours later.Design: rubber gasket can be removed for cleaning, but the gasket and plastic lid retain both smells and color from stainable foods. After soaking the lid and gasket in straight white vinegar for three days, followed by washing and drying, followed by buried in baking soda for a week in a covered container, nothing worked to remove the color or smells from previous foods (so I am henceforth stuck smelling and seeing evidence of Indian yellow curry).Overall: I purchased this for one reason, because LeadFreeMama’s blog claimed that this brand did not contain lead in the paint. One review on this product said that Thermos brand did a better job than HydroFlask, and was cheaper. Since the inside of the thermoses are stainless steel, I wish I would’ve gone with Thermos brand.
