The premium nozzles from PrimaCreator are a series of replacement nozzles that can make more difference for the result than you may think. To have a high-quality nozzle is like having a sharp pencil, you need it to get a great print.
All nozzles from PrimaCreator are made from the best high-quality materials and are completed in a state of the art factory. All nozzles are manufactured with a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm. This means that your filament will have a very smooth and clear surface while extruding which, of course, results in better prints.

The process of making a PrimaCreator nozzle begins with a selected high-quality material. When the material reaches the factory, there’s first an optical inspection made of the material that are going to be used for each batch of nozzles. Then it’s time to clamp the material, in other words, make it into a long rod. In our process this is only done once, which gives the best possible result. After that process, the material goes through an ultrasonic cleaning bath, and after that it’s cleaned ones again and protected against surface oxidation. |
The nozzle will now take shape with millimetre precision, the tolerance is less than ± 0.01 mm. The process of removing sharp edges from the nozzles are a very important step as this makes up a big part of the result. If there are too many sharp edges left on the nozzle, it will make the nozzle more prone to clogging. So, it’s essential that the nozzle is very smooth and clean before it’s used. In every batch a few nozzles are selected and cut in half and checked to make sure that every specification is met, and that the surface is in perfect condition. |
The nozzles are then checked for one last time and packed individually in a protective box – ready to be shipped to you. The series of nozzles from PrimaCreator are the perfect choice for people who only wants the best and at a great value! |

BrassBrass is the standard material for nozzles. It’s long-lasting and capable of reaching temperatures of up to 300ºC. Brass is a excellent thermal conductor, which means it makes it easy to maintain a consistent extrusion temperature. Brass is also corrosion resistant, which helps lengthen the lifespan of the nozzle. |
Hardened SteelHardened Steel makes tough and durable nozzles. It primary purpose is for printing abrasive materials like those reinforced with glass fibre, carbon fibre, filaments containing wood or metal shavings, or glow-in-the-dark filaments containing phosphorescent material. Hardened Steel nozzles also allows you to use temperatures up to 450°C, which means you to print industrial grade PEEK and PEI materials. |
Nickel Plated CopperOur Nickel Plated Copper nozzles combines the best properties of brass and steel nozzles in to one. The Copper alloy offer even better thermal conductivity then brass, and the Nickel plating makes it almost as wear resistant as steel. With a maximum temperature of up to 500°C Nickel Plated Copper nozzles can be used to print almost any material. An added bonus is that the Nickel plating helps repel the build up of burnt plastic on the nozzle itself. |
RubyThe one nozzle that can do it all! Our Ruby tipped nozzles can print almost any material without ever wearing out. We use the same high-quality materials as in our regular nozzles, and in addition to this we have also added a small Ruby gemstone at the tip of the nozzle. This transforms a regular nozzle in to a nozzle that you can use for even the toughest materials. Finally, you can use one nozzle for all your materials! |
