Great school water bottleI ordered this for my 3 children’s for school and it is perfect. Each one a different color. They have dropped them multiple times and they still hold up. Best of all it is dishwasher safe!

Locking feature comes in very handy before flying or leaving in a hot car.If you, like me, take an empty water bottle through TSA and then fill it at the gate before a flight. You can find this locking feature invaluable. Once I forgot to loosen the lid before taking a sip at altitude. Because this bottle has a plastic “straw” inside it, I wound up getting a fountain of water onto my pants and had to sit in them for the rest of the flight. For flying I recommend you either bring a bottle with no internal straw or get a bottle with a lock to remind you to loosen the lid before drinking. The same can apply when you leave the bottle in a hot car for a while.

Overall good, but I’ve had other Contiguous that I prefer to these!I bought these for my kiddos who have had contigos in the past and have worked really well. I can’t exactly put my finger on it, but the ones we’ve had in the past were better. Maybe one difference I can think of is that the old contigos I had didn’t leak, even when tipped upside down. These definitely leak when tipped upside down. Not a problem for most people who are using this as adults, but has been a bit of a problem for my kids. (We chose this size instead of the kids size because my kiddos drink a lot and it’s helpful to have a bigger size- especially when we are out and about or on a special trip.)

I always buy Contigo!After trying different water bottle with my elementary kid, I need atleast 24oz. We have different kind and color of contigo. Since school is starting again, I need more water bottle so she can have different color of water bottles in school days. Even when we go out, I always bring water bottle. I love the neutral color of this water bottles. Easy to clean and drink. It keeps water cold. Lightweight and adult to toddler can drink on this.
