Amazing Product!I just received my Ninja Creami DELUXE and I already love it! It’s easy to use and the results were amazing! The ice cream is a great texture and it tastes really good! There’s a nice recipe book and clear instructions. There’s a nice variety of different things to make. You also dont have to clean the whole machine after using, just the container and blade. The only things I don’t like is freezing the base for 24 hours and that it doesn’t really blend frozen fruits without freezing before with lots of liquid. I’m really happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend.

Easy to useI love this. Have had it for 3 weeks and use it every day for something. A drink or ice cream etc . Only thing bad is 2 containers is not enough. Need at least 4.. Also are quite expensive

A very worthwhile investment.I didn’t know that it was possible to make ice cream and treats this delicious at home. The creami deluxe, showed me that I could not only make store quality ice cream, but that I could make it taste exactly how my taste buds prefer, and that it extremely important to me! Sometimes I’ll buy an ice cream that’s too sweet, or I’ll buy one that doesn’t have enough candy in it. I can make whatever ice cream, gelato, or frozen coffee drink with as much coffee or whatever ingredients I like. To me, this machine offers:• Total Control.• Amazing cost savings• Easy cleanupI already talked a little bit about total control but I want to touch on that a little more. This machine give me total control of what I make, but also allows the ability to have other containers so that my children can make their own flavors too and don’t have to eat the same kind of ice cream but I like.Cost savings was another big factor for me. Regular ice cream can be costly for me when my children and their cousins devour whatever frozen sugary ice cream is in my freezer. I rarely get to have any of the ice cream in the freezer because they’ve usually eaten it before I get the chance to have some. I’ll even take my children out for gelato at ice cream shops, and that can be even more expensive than regular ice cream. The creami makes gelato so I’m saving money already! With the creami, I just store the frozen filled containers in my freezer and when I’m ready to make them, I’ll make them. Depending on the type of dish being made, I can choose to make half the container and save the rest to be made later, or make the full container.Less waste is always a good thing.Next, let me tell you about the easy cleanup. As an adult, I find myself less and less interested in using appliances that require massive amounts of cleanup. I don’t like spending an hour in the kitchen cleaning up a giant mess. The creami doesn’t require me to do that. After I’m done making an ice cream dish, I simply rinse and wash the main bowl, rinse the bowl lid, rinse and wash the blade/lid combo, and I’m done. I spend roughly 2 minutes or less washing these parts. Some final notes that you should know about are that this machine is very, very loud. I thought maybe the noise bothered me at first but then I realized that I can start the machines process and then leave the room and it will finish automatically. Although noisy, I feel like it’s a necessary noise because of what this machine is having to do to make ice cream this tasty from fresh ingredients. The final thing I’ll tell you about is the recipes that are included with the purchase. There is a sticker on top of the creami that I scanned with my phone camera, and it takes me to Ninja’s website and offered a lot of recipes to make several types of creations. Allow me to recommend trying to cremaccino as your first recipe since it did not disappoint and so far is my favorite sweet treat that I’ve tried. It’s a creamy, coffee ice cream like drinks that is packed with flavor and caffeine! The creami is absolutely a worthwhile investments. I love it, and never want to be without it.

Love That It’s Dishwasher Safe, Best For Specialty Ice Creams Vs Traditional Ice Cream, Easy To UseThis is an interesting version of an ice cream maker. I initially decided to test this one out as all of the parts on it are dishwasher safe- a huge step up from most of the other ice cream makers that I’ve tried. It’s also extremely convenient. The ice cream base is blended up directly inside the storage canister, making it easy to store if you don’t finish all of it.I made my ice cream base following the included recipe for a vanilla ice cream base. It was very simple to follow and took less than five minutes to combine the ingredients. This base ended up being very similar in flavor and texture to an ice cream-like treat that includes mix ins sold by a fast food company that has a yellow letter as their logo. This would be a good way to make a cheaper version at home since this ice cream maker has a mix in setting!Mixing up the ice cream was simple and took approximately 10 minutes, including the time it took for me to figure out how to put it together and adjust the settings. After you’ve used it once, it will probably take even less time to make it as long as the base is ready to go.This leads into my cons- the freeze time of the base, ice cream quality, and number of cycles necessary to achieve a smooth, creamy texture. While it’s quick and easy to make ice cream once the base is ready, the base does need to be frozen for at least 24 hours. This particular model does include two storage canisters, so you can keep at least one on hand for whenever you want ice cream. However, it can still be a bit frustrating if you didn’t plan ahead and don’t want to wait on the base to completely freeze. My second con is that it takes multiple “respins” to make standard ice cream with a smooth, creamy consistency. On my first cycle, the texture was just crumbly. After the second, it was creamy on the edges with the crumbly texture just in the center. It finally reached ice cream consistency after the third. This really wasn’t a huge issue as each spin cycle takes two minutes, but it was a bit annoying that the instructions didn’t indicate that it may take more than two to get a good consistency. My final con isn’t really a con so much as a recommendation. If you’re looking for an ice cream maker with the sole intention of making traditional ice cream, I would recommend skipping this one. The consistency and flavor that it ended up with was comparable to store bought. It wasn’t as creamy as some ice cream makers can achieve and was on the meltier side. However, if you are going to make non-traditional ice cream such as sorbets, vegan ice creams, or ice creams that include blended ingredients, this is an excellent option. It did a great job at blending it up and will achieve a creamy consistency better than a blender for more specialized ice creams.

Ice cream, sorbet, margaritas, Italian ice.. You name it.The media could not be loaded.
I ordered this because I’ve never made ice cream, it was a impromptu decision that I’m gladThis was FUN and a family effort!Keep in mind that this does take planning, and a lot of prepping, but to me it’s worth it.We followed the recipe to make the ice cream, that is included in the booklet.Which takes 24 hours to freeze before you can begin your ice cream dream. Also any add ins must be chopped or in little pieces because the NINJA lacks chopping blades (lol). It is not a blender. The instructions were easy, it only requires that you install a blade that goes on the top, the rest is pretty much locking and turning.:Which by the way😳, I couldn’t figure out how to remove the pitcher initially, but I just had to press the unlock button, be patient and slide it out, but I was very impatient lol so it made it harder than it needed to be.I loved that it came with recipe books, which the ice cream tasted better than I expected. So creamy and rich. I also love that it came with two pints, I wish it came with more. Easy to take apart and clean.I also like the sleek design which takes up very little space. What I didn’t care too much for is how loud it is. It is very loud. Also, didn’t like that it took me and my husband a little while to figure out how to remove it from the base. I’ll gladly take the L for that one because it wasn’t as easy as screwing in a lightbulb but I tend to overthink things sometimes.Overall, I really enjoyed this Ninja Creami. It was somewhat easy to use, it does take planning and preparing in advance. Healthier options because you have control over the ingredients. It worked first time using it. Great product, just very loud.

Creamy and delicious Ice CreamI had my daughter use this new Ninja NC501 CREAMi Deluxe 11-in-1 Ice Cream & Frozen Treat Maker for Ice Cream. She made the base and put in the freezer per instructions for 24 hours. We took it out this afternoon and she put both crushed oreos and chunks of premade cookie dough that we tried to freeze a few hours before. There aren’t any real instructions with how to use the unit, but more on recipes. It appears for any of the flavors, you need to start with the vanilla base. The cookie dough and oreos were disbursed into the ice cream so they weren’t chunks, just smooth and creamy. You can refreeze what you don’t use and then re-do the process again with new toppings inserted. We haven’t tried the smoothies or other items yet. I figure I can just use my regular blender for those. The cleanup is easy, just wash the container and top piece. Be sure to not use any frozen ice/fruits, etc. or you can damage the unit. I’m excited to use this to make an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. My husband thinks it’s a lot of work when you can just buy the ice cream, but it was fun to try.

A blessing to make ice cream at home without polypropylene glycolNinja makes amazing blenders but when I saw this, I knew my kids would be excited and I would know what is going into the ice cream they are eating. You might not know but go look at the ice cream in the stores and at least 80%, but I am sure it is higher, contains polypropylene glycol. Don’t know what that is? It is an ingredient that is considered a “non-toxic” antifreeze. Not sure about you but I could do without antifreeze in my ice cream. This machine makes it all from ice cream, to slushes, italian ice, sorbet, iced cappucinos, and more. Most recipes you have to create a base 24 hours in advance but in my opinion that is a small price to pay for delicious ice cream made at home. Also a small price to pay to spend a moment bonding with your children. It is easy to clean, comes with quite a few recipes that you can tweak to make any flavor, and it is easy to operate. I think the hardest part was deciding what to make first.

Convenient and PowerfulThis is a great appliance to have on hand when you want a sweet treat, where you control the ingredients. With just a bit of preparation, you can have ice cream/smoothies/coffee treats within minutes. You get two containers, so you can always keep one in the freezer and they are enough for 2-3 servings per container. Here are the recipes I’ve made:- Coconut milk and vanilla ice cream, which was delicious. Following the recipes in the book and modifying the sugar (replace with dextrose or monk fruit sweetener).- Two coffee drinks. I don’t normally like coffee house frozen drinks because they are so sugary. I made the Creamiccino recipe and once substituted monk fruit sweetener, and once did half sugar half monk fruit. I actually liked the all monk fruit sweetened drink better.- Banana and pineapple sorbet. This is a great lighter treat, was an amazing texture, and very easy to prepare. The machine is loud, but that is expected. It is amazing to me that it creates such a great texture. Next up I’m going to try frozen yogurt, and I expect the results will be just as good. It might seem a bit expensive, but it really will pay for itself if you use it often, and I love that you can control the ingredients.

Great upgrade to an already favorite productI’ve been using the original Ninja Creami since the summer, when I broke it out to make frozen desserts. Since I have an overachieving plum tree behind my house, I experimented making plum sorbet, and now I’m planning to make it every year. Before the Creami, I’d simply dehydrate the surplus, but there was always too much of that. The original Creami comes with three pint-size containers to freeze your mixture. Those work well for me since I almost never have much space in my freezer. This “deluxe’ upgrade comes with one quart-size container, but it has settings to process the contents even if it isn’t full. The overall unit itself is only slightly larger than the original model, which is a good thing for those of us with limited counter space. It also has many more processing options, depending on what you want to make. If you’re a really avid frozen dessert maker, this will no doubt be appealing.I definitely recommend this new model, along with the original. I personally will probably continue using the original most often, mainly because of the space issue in my freezer and because my needs are fairly basic when it comes to making sorbet and other frozen goodies.
